On today’s podcast our guest is Keliann .She currently is an administrator at a Behavioral Health Residential Home for teen boys. Keliann has her masters in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in trauma and has been working in congregate care for 6 years. Keliann shares about the difference between a home that serves just Department places kids vs a demographic that takes insurance placed kids as well. Keliann also talks about how case managers and probation officers can make a difference within a case but not only that but also how just one individual can truly make an impact on a youth life.
