    Carnivore Transformed Her

Annie never expected food to change her life the way it did. After years of struggling with brain fog, brutal periods, skin that never seemed to cooperate, and a body that felt like it was working against her, she decided to try the Carnivore diet, with a strong emphasis on fat. What happened next surprised even her.In this video, Annie opens up about the remarkable shifts she experienced after going all in on a meat-based, fat-forward way of eating. Her mental clarity sharpened in ways she hadn’t felt in years, making her more focused and present in her daily life and her relationships. Her menstrual cycle became noticeably less disruptive, allowing her to stay active and exercise through days that used to leave her on the couch. She gets into her workouts now and recovers well, without the physical menses cycle fallout she used to take for granted as normal. Then there’s her skin. Clear, calm, and consistent in a way no product ever delivered. Her libido returned. Her relationships deepened. Her confidence grew. All of it tracing back to the same simple change: real food, real fat, and the willingness to go against the grain. If you’re a woman wondering whether Carnivore could work for you, Annie’s story is one you’ll want to hear.Annie is a proponent of Dr. Elizabeth Bright. The Long Game | Dillon Phaneuf S3E20

What happens when a seasoned health coach goes head to head with three veteran Carnivores who are also health and physical training coaches? Dillon Phaneuf opens our video with two bold statements that set the stage for one of the most honest conversations we have had on this channel, and things get interesting fast.Mark has been carnivore for 7 years. Victoria is in her 8th year. David has lived it for over 20 years. Among them, they carry decades of real-world evidence, not theory, not short-term trial data, but lived experience through every season, every social challenge, and every moment the mainstream said they were doing it wrong.Dillon brings the perspective of a transformation coach who’s seen what works and what doesn’t across a wide range of clients and dietary approaches. His opening statements are thought-provoking, and the veterans do not hold back. This discussion covers the questions that matter most. Can carnivore truly be sustained for a lifetime? What does the body look like after 5, 10, 20 years of zero-plant eating? Are there risks the community is not facing realistically? And what does long-term success actually require, beyond the initial transformation? No scripts. No softball questions. Just a real conversation with people who have skin in the game.If you have ever wondered whether carnivore is a short-term reset or a lifelong path, this one is for you.Dillon Phaneuf of Rebuild Coaching is on Instagram @dillonphaneuf, and on YouTube @rebuildcoaching.Find fitness coach David Bethune on Instagram and Tiktok @fr3akanamoly, on YouTube @fr3akanamoly - ATF motivation.Mark Ennis heath coach - [email protected], and on Instagram and Tiktok @fitnessbeyondtime01Victoria Olson health coach and author of ‘Troubleshooting Your Carnivore Diet’ on Amazon, can be reached at [email protected] And on Facebook in the ‘Carnivore Diet After Age 40’ group. Beyond the Rules | Jordan Masuccio S3E19

He’s 31, and while otherwise fully carnivore, he eats fruit. Not because he’s confused about the diet, but because he understands something most people miss: the carnivore lifestyle is about eliminating what’s harming you, not following a rulebook to the letter. In this video he shares a thought experiment he’s put to vegans, one designed to strip away ideology, and get to what we actually value when it comes to food, animals, and health. The conversation rarely goes the way he expects. Instead of engaging with the idea, most vegans take it completely literally, missing the point entirely, and turning a philosophical discussion into an argument about hypotheticals.Sound familiar? This is what happens when ideology replaces curiosity. When people are so committed to defending a belief system, that they can no longer step back and think. And ironically, it’s a trap that anyone on any diet can fall into, carnivore included. If you’ve ever tried to have a genuine conversation about nutrition only to hit a wall of dogma, this one’s for you.Drop your own thought experiment in the comments. They Call It Bullying. We Call It Bad Science. S3E17

Food Bullying Is Real, But So Is Bad Nutrition AdviceAt the top of our reel, we show how a UK registered nutritionist reacts to a viral clip of children at a gym being shamed by their trainer for poor breakfast choices. While the nutritionist is right that food bullying is harmful, his defense of carb-heavy breakfasts for kids tells a different story. We agree completely that no child should ever feel humiliated or judged for what they eat. That causes lasting psychological damage, and does nothing to build healthy habits. But calling out bullying doesn’t mean every breakfast is equally nourishing, and that’s where the conversation has to go deeper. In this video, we break down what was really happening in that gym, why the trainer’s silence on better choices was its own kind of failure, and why a registered nutritionist defending sugar-spiking, carb-loaded mornings as a reasonable choice for growing kids isn’t the compassionate stance it appears to be.Children deserve both emotional safety and genuine nutritional support. They are not the same thing, and we should not have to choose between them.We discuss the real harm of food shaming, the difference between kindness and nutritional negligence, and what children’s bodies actually need to thrive. Our guests are calisthenics specialist Chris Thompson, on Instagram @chris_carnivore_sw, and health coach Stephen Curtain on Instagram @gnostic_carnivore and TikTok @carnivore_invictus. Fiber & Carbs are not essential! S3E16

Is fiber REALLY essential? What about carbs? The answer might surprise you - especially coming from a nutritionist. In this episode, Mark Ennis sits down with Victoria Olson to unpack a recent callout from a nutritionist who challenged Mark’s Carnivore approach - specifically targeting his stance on fiber and carbohydrates. Mark and Victoria break down the science (and the myths) around dietary essentials, exploring why neither fiber nor carbohydrates are classified as essential nutrients for human life or health. They tackle the tough questions:→ What does “essential nutrient” actually mean - and why do carbs and fiber not qualify?→ What did the nutritionist get right, and where did the science fall short?→ How does the Carnivore community respond to mainstream dietary pushback?→ Can you truly thrive long-term without fiber or plant-based carbohydrates?Whether you’re a seasoned Carnivore, keto-curious, or just tired of being told you need your grains, this conversation is one you don’t want to miss.🥩 Like, subscribe, and drop your thoughts in the comments - have YOU been challenged on Carnivore by a health professional?#Carnivore #CarnivoreDiet #ZeroCarb #FiberMyth #CarbFree #NutritionDebate #MarkEnnis #VictoriaOlson #MeatHeals #animalbasedHealth coach Mark Ennis [email protected] ask me a question or come on a video with me.Also on Instagram and TikTok @fitnessbeyondtime01

Do you need TRT? | Carnivore test norms | a high fat diet? S3E13

Two health coaches, Stephen Curtain and Mark Ennis, sit down for a candid conversation about testosterone, TRT, and the often-overlooked foundations of hormonal health. They discuss why it’s essential to take an honest inventory of your lifestyle - training, sleep, and diet - before considering TRT.They explore what “normative” test levels should look like for people following a Carnivore diet. For instance, adaptation to Carnivore can lower hormones such as T3 - but is that necessarily a bad thing? The conversation also touches on Nick Norwitz’s latest self-experiment, where his reported weight loss on a high-fat diet raises an important question: was it truly fat loss, or could it reflect muscle mass loss after dropping his protein intake to just 9%?A thoughtful discussion on hormones, fat nutrition, and what the numbers on a lab report really mean.Contact health coach Stephen Curtin on Instagram @carnivore_coach_invictus andOn YouTube at Steve Curtin Mark Ennis can be reached at [email protected] and onInstagram and TikTok @fitnessbeyondtime01

INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE! Seed oil chaos and destruction S3E12

Mark Ennis and Victoria Olson dive straight into one of the most controversial questions in modern nutrition: what if the very oils we were told would “protect our hearts” are actually driving metabolic dysfunction? In this conversation, Mark and Victoria break down how industrial seed and vegetable oils - high in unstable polyunsaturated fats - become prone to oxidation, disrupt cell membrane structure, and interfere with cellular signaling. The result? What they describe is “metabolic chaos.”They also tackle the cholesterol question head-on. Rather than viewing cholesterol as the villain, they discuss its structural and reparative role in cell membranes - and how excessive intake of processed seed oils displaces and undermines cholesterol’s protective functions. If cholesterol is the stabilizer and repair molecule, what happens when it’s crowded out by fragile, easily oxidized fats? Finally, they zoom out to the last 50 years of dietary guidance - low-fat messaging, vegetable oil promotion, and the parallel rise in obesity, diabetes, and arterial disease - and ask whether we’ve misunderstood the root cause of the epidemic.Victoria also shares insights from her soon-to-be-published book, “Troubleshooting Your Carnivore Diet,” offering practical strategies for those using a carnivore framework to restore metabolic health and reduce inflammatory burden. If you’re curious about the biochemical case against seed oils - and the argument for rethinking long-standing nutrition dogma - this discussion will challenge you to look deeper.Mark Ennis [email protected] TikTok and Instagram: fitnessbeyondtime01Victoria OlsonCarnivore Evolution: [email protected] group: Carnivore Diet After Age 40

Join us for an in-depth conversation with functional health coach Patrick Alexander, as we dissect the new Food Pyramid and its surprising recommendations. We dive into the contradictions, including the continued 10% saturated fat cap, after a promised removal by RFK, the lack of emphasis on energy sources (we agree it should be fat), the presence of plants at the same level as animal protein, and the notable paucity of guidance on alcohol consumption.Patrick shares his insights on the implications of the guidelines for any diet, including Carnivore, and what they mean for our health and wellbeing. The Carnivore Gut-Brain Axis for Improved Mental Health S2E70

Three Carnivore professionals, each with experience in guiding clients through the Carnivore lifestyle, share insights gleaned from personal journeys and professional observations, discuss the diet's positive impact on gut health and its relationship with mental well-being.The panel is about the gut-brain axis as a key factor, observing that the simpler, cleaner gut microbiome of a well-formulated Carnivore diet leads to reduced inflammation and enhanced mental clarity. They highlight ketosis as critical for mental clarity and focus, noting reduced inflammation and improved resilience. Ketosis is a cornerstone of the Carnivore diet's efficacy, and has become a therapeutic paradigm for psychological well-being in the wider world.Ketosis is a metabolic state where the body burns fat for fuel, producing ketones. On a Carnivore diet, this happens when carb intake is very low, and fat/protein from animal foods become primary energy sources.By relying on fat as the primary energy source, the brain functions with heightened clarity and focus, unencumbered by glucose fluctuations and insulin resistance.Benefits from ketosis tied to mental health, with profound implications for psychological well-being are:- *Stable energy*: Ketones provide consistent fuel for the brain- *Reduced inflammation*: Less glucose = less oxidative stress- *Gut calm*: Cleaner Carnivore microbiome = less gut-brain stress

Overcoming the Unthinkable: Michelle’s Journey - Pseudomyxoma Peritonei and the Carnivore Diet S2E62

In 2007, it was discovered that Michelle Sanders had a very rare form of abdominal cancer, pseudomyxoma peritonei. Pseudomyxoma peritonei is caused by cancerous cells that produce abundant mucus and tumors. The tumors cause adhesions (unnatural fibrous connection of tissues), and impede digestion and organ function. If left untreated, the tumors and mucus will fill the abdominal cavity. In a procedure referred to as “The mother of all surgeries”, Michelle had most of her internal organs removed (spleen, appendix, omentum, bowel segments, etc.). Her liver and diaphragm were scraped. Then a heated chemotherapy solution was circulated through her abdominal cavity for 90 minutes, a procedure called HIPEC, which left her with masses of internal scar tissue, and damage to her vagus nerve. After surgery, Michelle was only instructed to eat low fibre. Without further nutritional guidance, she ate mostly cake and chocolate, and her weight ballooned. 6 years ago, she tried Keto and dropped 6 stone/84 lbs. Almost 2 years ago, Michelle transitioned to Carnivore. There have been some improvements in her condition, but she still has digestive issues. Michelle suffers from chronic overall pain, nerve pain and has CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)She does the Carnivore diet because she can't tolerate consuming any plants since her surgery. Michelle’s story is an unusual and remarkable one. Michelle can be found on Instagram at:Michelle SandersShelly_187

    Christopher Medina’s Carnivore evolution S2E52

Our guest today is Christopher Medina, a highly informed Carnivore, with valuable experience and information to share. Here is his mini-bio, in his own words:I am Christopher Medina. I go by Chris or Christopher, but have no preference. I have always had an interest in nutrition and holistic health and wellness dating back to high school. I used to buy into the propaganda of plant-based diet and lifestyle. In early 2019, I discovered the YouTube channels of Dr. Shawn Baker and Dr. Ken Berry. As I learned about the benefits people experienced on the diet, I kept it in mind while taking everything with a grain of salt. Over the next two years, I considered doing the carnivore lifestyle as I listened to the growing number of successful carnivore diet testimonials. In July 2022, I started the 90 carnivore challenge. I consumed mostly beef, eggs, butter, bacon, cheese, and some occasional fish, pork, and chicken. My acne mostly cleared, my energy levels were through the roof and consistent, I could better articulate my thoughts, my mental clarity improved, I felt happier, I felt more motivated to exercise, and more. Over time, I shared my experience with friends and family. Few people were interested in trying it and I guided them for free. The people I helped saw improvements in their quality of life and one of them, who was previously infertile, restored her monthly cycles and had two daughters.Chris can be found on Instagram @crispycarnivore22 on Facebook as Christopher Medina, and by email at [email protected]
