Year 3000... again
This episode gets a little crowded as Joe, Q, Taylor, Demascus, and newcomer Alexanderia sit down with the book 3000 Questions and let the randomness take over. No structure, no prep — just whatever question comes next and wherever the conversation decides to go.Along the way, Demascus starts questioning her relationship with her very active dad, Taylor admits she loves social work way more than being social at church, and Joe makes it very clear that he hates losing almost as much as he hates sore winners. Q does what Q does best and adds his own spin to every answer, while Alexanderia jumps in and holds her own like she’s been here before. It’s honest, funny, slightly chaotic, and proof that sometimes the best conversations happen when nobody knows what’s coming next.

Strict Program
This week, Joe, Q, Taylor, and special guest from the past Shay sit down to talk about boundaries—also known as how much disrespect we’re actually willing to tolerate before blocking somebody. Joe makes it clear that if you don’t answer the phone, he has no problem blocking a friend with peace and purpose. Taylor somehow finds a way to bring up her obsession with cornbread porridge (again), proving that boundaries don’t apply to food conversations.Shay comes in hot with a long-overdue apology to Joe for forgetting his birthday, and Q… well, Q is still trying to figure out what boundaries are, how they work, and whether he even has any of his own. It’s laughs, accountability, and confusion all wrapped into one episode—because setting boundaries is serious business, but we’re still going to joke about it.

Confidence
This week, Joe, Q, and Taylor dive into the chaos of confidence—what it looks like, how it feels, and why half of us fake it anyway. Somehow the convo takes a wild turn as we admit we all secretly thought Diego was cooler than Dora (don’t lie, you did too), debate whether animals should be allowed at funerals, and try to figure out the actual role of a phlebotomist without Googling it.It’s unfiltered, unplanned, and unexpectedly deep in the dumbest ways. Tap in for laughs, honesty, and three people who definitely have more confidence than sense.

Year 3000
This week, Joe, Taylor, and Q bust open a giant book called 3000 Questions and decide to answer them with absolutely no structure, plan, or sense of responsibility. Pure freestyle energy.Somewhere between question 47 and whatever number they lost count at, Joe admits that he actually would be excited to go to a Power Rangers convention… but also thinks showing up would make him feel kinda cringe at the same time. Taylor is trying her hardest to keep everyone focused, and Q is passionately arguing that he is not selfish—despite every random question dragging him closer to the truth. The chaos is premium, the honesty is questionable, and the laughs are guaranteed.Tap in for randomness, ridiculous debates, and absolutely no idea what’s coming next.

Marriage
This week, it’s just Joe holding down the host chair, but he’s joined by his two super old friends Quaneesha and Fritz — and yes, they remind him every five minutes how long they’ve known him. The trio dives into how Quaneesha and Fritz first met, the chaotic early dating days, and the hard-earned lessons they learned on the way from “What are we?” to “’Til death do us part.”They share their best marriage tips, the mistakes they had to outgrow, and the secrets to keeping the spark alive — including how you might just end up in matching Christmas PJ sets with your person if you take their advice seriously. With jokes, playful roasting, and a whole lot of wisdom, this episode is equal parts laughter and love… the perfect combo for anyone thinking about marriage or trying to figure out why they’re still single in December.

Emotions
There were so many people in this episode that we won’t even waste your time trying to name everybody — just know the room was full, loud, and overflowing with feelings nobody planned to talk about. As a group, we tried to figure out what “emotions” and “emotional” actually mean, and somehow ended up on a detour where Joe insisted Morris Chestnut has some very suspicious facial expressions in certain movies.Newcomer Lisa jumps in to randomly explain the entire road map from the airport to Joe and Q’s apartment like she’s auditioning for Google Maps, and Prez decides to break the news that he’s allergic to therapy (yes… allergic). All this chaos, laughter, deep dives, and emotional confusion happened the night before the Chris Brown concert — so you already know the vibes were everywhere.
-
37
Self Worth vs. Validation
This week, Joe, Q, and Taylor dive into the messy, hilarious world of self-worth vs. validation — because apparently, knowing your value is harder than it sounds. Joe opens up about how his dad might just be his biggest bully, Taylor’s convinced her grandma talks way too loud for her age, and Q thinks being the funny, bigger friend is actually a privilege that taught him confidence before confidence was cool.Between laughter, oversharing, and a few “wait, that got deep” moments, the crew breaks down where real self-worth comes from — and why external validation feels so good anyway. It’s therapy, chaos, and comedy all rolled into one episode.

Dating & Courting 2
The crew is back at it! Joe, Taylor, and Demascus return to finish what they thought they started in Part 1 — breaking down the wild world of dating vs. courting. Joe’s doubling down, claiming there's no issue in being in love in a week,” Taylor’s still holding out hope for intentional love, and Demascus… she’s somewhere between romantic and hating dating apps. This time, things get deeper (and pettier): What role does sex play in all of this? Is everyone really dating for marriage? Tune in for laughs, side-eyes, and maybe one or two accidental truths.
-
35
Dating & Courting
This week, Joe, Taylor, and Demascus dive deep into the difference between dating and courting — and let’s just say things get confusing real quick. Joe swears you can just "feel it", Taylor’s trying to figure out if anyone even dates with intention anymore, and Demascus… well, she’s still trying to decide if free food counts as love. From modern “talking stages” to having a roster, the crew breaks down how people approach love today — and whether we’re actually building something or just wasting each other’s time. Expect jokes, a little chaos, and way too much honesty.
-
34
Childhood Wounds
In this episode, Joe’s still hungry but somehow thinking about his childhood at the same time, Taylor’s trying to figure out how to be a better sister, and Demascus — or whatever her actual name is — is still trying to remember who she is and why she has so much beef with Sagittarius men.Between the emotional unpacking, astrological shade, and Joe asking if healing comes with snacks, this episode proves childhood wounds can hurt... but they can also make you laugh till you cry.
-
33
Fitness Journey
Joe, Taylor, and Samurai Guy Kyle hit the mic to talk about their so-called fitness journeys, and let’s be real, the struggle is real. From “I’ll start Monday” lies to gym fails and fruit fast, this episode dives into the hilarious ups and downs of trying (and sometimes failing) to stay fit.Joe’s trying to figure out where his next meal is coming from, Taylor’s the queen of creative excuses (“my knees and back aren't set up that way”), and Kyle somehow turns every workout story into a wild adventure side quest including 5k,10k,etc. Expect laughs, gym confessions, and maybe even a little motivation — depending on how you define fitness.

Growth Vs. Comfort
This week, we’re joined by newcomer Shawn to chop it up about the ultimate life struggle: growth vs. comfort. Do you stay cozy in your comfort zone, or do you push yourself into growth — even when it’s uncomfortable? We break down real-life examples, share personal stories, and explore how choosing growth can be scary but oh-so-rewarding.Expect laughs, relatable moments, and a little friendly debate as we weigh the benefits of playing it safe versus stepping into the unknown. By the end of the episode, you might just be inspired to leave your comfort zone… or at least understand why it feels so tempting.

Code Switching
From the club to the workplace to grandma’s living room, code switching shows up everywhere — and sometimes, whether we like it or not. In this episode, the crew chops it up about everything from girls demanding drinks in the club, to growing up switching speech for safety, to realizing how much this practice shaped who we are. What starts as survival ends up looking like versatility. The conversation highlights how being able to move between worlds isn’t just a burden — it’s a superpower. With Joe clowning, Taylor questioning everything, and Q somehow turning it into philosophy, you already know it’s gonna be funny, real, and relatable.
-

Soul Ties
Joe, Q, and Taylor dive into the mysterious, messy, and sometimes overhyped world of soul ties. What do they really mean? Are they spiritual connections, emotional baggage, or just another excuse people use when they can’t stop texting their ex at 2 a.m.? The crew debates who’s carrying the heaviest load of soul ties, what it really consists of in this day and age, and whether modern love makes breaking them harder—or easier. Joe thinks everybody gets soul ties like Oprah giving out cars, Taylor questions the entire thing like the skeptic of the group, and Q somehow finds a way to convince everyone he’s the most enlightened one in the room.
-
29
Emotional Intelligence
Joe, Q, and Taylor go head-to-head on emotional intelligence—and let’s just say it’s not your average self-help talk. Q swears up and down he’s the most emotionally intelligent in the room, Taylor tries to prove she might actually be, and Joe tells her to “shut up” for hyping Q up way too much. Meanwhile, Q keeps reinventing the definition of emotional intelligence every five minutes, leaving everyone laughing and confused. It’s comedy, chaos, and a little bit of wisdom—all wrapped into one episode.

28
Dreams & Aspirations
Joe, Q, and Taylor link up to talk dreams and aspirations—and no, not the kind where you’re running late for class but forgot your pants. From wild career goals to the “one day I’ma hit the lottery” plans, the crew breaks down what keeps them motivated, what distractions get in the way, and why some dreams sound way better in theory than reality. Expect jokes, a little self-roasting, and some real talk about chasing what you want in life… even if that means starting with baby steps and a strong cup of coffee.
-
27
Communication
Joe, Q, and special guest GBaby (yes, that’s what she calls herself) sit down for one of the most underrated but most necessary topics: communication. Who’s really good at it, who thinks they’re good at it, and who’s just out here sending mixed signals like bad Wi-Fi? The crew breaks down their own styles of communicating, the misunderstandings that come with it, and why learning to actually listen might be the ultimate life hack. Expect laughs, debates, and some real gems about the best thing we can all do better — just talk it out.
-
26
Accountability
Joe Taylor and Q are back at it, diving headfirst into the dangerous waters of accountability — or as they call it, “that thing some people treat like it’s on backorder.” This time, the fellas are talking about why some women dodge accountability like it’s dodgeball in 5th grade gym class. From “it’s not me, it’s Mercury in retrograde” to “you should’ve known what I meant without me saying it,” they’re breaking down the funniest, wildest excuses they’ve heard. Expect jokes, real talk, and a few moments where you might have to pause and say, “Hold up… they might be onto something.”
-
25
One vs. Two Parent Households
Joe, Taylor, and Q tackle the chaos of growing up in one-parent vs. two-parent households, and let’s just say — neither one came with a manual. From getting thrown into the workforce way too early to the awkward moment of seeing your non-favorite parent laid up in the hospital and not knowing whether to cry, crack a joke, or just hand them Jell-O… the guys keep it all the way real. Expect wild stories, laughter, and a reminder that no matter how many parents you had under one roof, the struggle (and comedy) was universal.
-
24
Codependency
Joe, Q, and Taylor dive headfirst into the tangled web of codependency, swapping stories and laughs while untangling what it really means to lean on someone and when it’s maybe a little too much. Just when the conversation seems to be settling they veer off into a surprisingly sharp left turn into a totally different topic proving that even codependent chats can have commitment issues.
-
23
Untitled.mp3
Joe, Q, and newcomer Taylor dive into a heart-to-heart on codependency—but like any good late-night convo, things don’t stay on script for long.
