In total, four officers were involved or witnessed the shooting and have been put on leave. Body cameras were not on the officers. A suspect is in custody after two people were stabbed on Manhattan's Upper West Side, police say. The victims — one Asian and one Jewish — are both expected to survive as investigators work to determine a motive. Federal health officials have identified a new cyclospora outbreak stemming from an unspecified product. The FDA said the source of the outbreak was "not yet identified."
