In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 1:1–6, examining the two paths we can choose in life: the way of the godly and the way of the ungodly. This message challenges us to consider who we allow to influence us and where we seek counsel, reminding us that true blessing comes from delighting in God’s Word and meditating on it. Like a tree planted by streams of water, those who trust in the Lord can remain rooted, fruitful, and strong. In contrast, the way of the ungodly leads to instability and ultimately judgment. This study encourages us to choose the path that honors God and surround ourselves with people who help us grow closer to Him.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 10:1–16, examining God’s design for marriage, the seriousness of divorce, and the importance of the family unit. Jesus points back to God’s original design for marriage and reminds us that it is a covenant created and defined by God. This message also looks at how sin can affect and divide families, while encouraging us to honor God’s design for marriage. Josh then looks at Jesus’ love for children and what it means to receive the kingdom of God with childlike faith, marked by humble dependence, trust, and acceptance.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 77:1–20, showing us how to take our thoughts captive and bring them into submission to Christ. Asaph wrestles with anxiety, doubt, and overwhelming thoughts as he questions God’s love, mercy, and faithfulness. But as the Psalm progresses, Asaph shifts his focus from himself and his circumstances to God. This message encourages believers to remember God’s works, meditate on His truth, talk about His faithfulness, and praise Him as we learn to fight the battle of the mind and love God with our minds.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 19:1–14, showing how God reveals Himself through both creation and His Word. Creation displays God’s power, wisdom, and glory, while Scripture reveals His truth, love, and grace and transforms those who receive it. As David moves from looking at God’s creation to looking at his own heart, we are reminded that God’s Word exposes our sin and leads us to repentance. This message encourages believers to treasure God’s Word, allow it to shape their lives, and pray for God to cleanse them from hidden and deliberate sin so that their words and hearts would be pleasing to Him.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 9:42–50, showing the seriousness of sin, the severity of hell, and the call to live in a way that builds others up rather than causing them to stumble. Jesus challenges us to take sin seriously, pursue radical repentance, and allow Him to transform our hearts. Josh also explains how the reality of hell should motivate us to love the lost and share the gospel. Finally, Jesus calls us to be “salt”—to influence others for Christ while pursuing peace and unity with one another.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 9:2–29, showing how the Christian life is made up of both mountain tops and valleys. As Jesus is transfigured before Peter, James, and John and then descends the mountain to meet a father in desperate need, we see both the glory of God and the reality of human suffering. Josh explains that mountaintop experiences are not meant for us to stay there, but to prepare and strengthen us for the valleys where God calls us to serve others. This message encourages believers to bring their burdens to Jesus, trust Him even when faith feels weak, and remember that God is present both on the mountain and in the valley.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 101, exploring the essential qualities of godly leadership and a life of integrity. David shows that true leadership begins in private through worship, wisdom, self-control, and a commitment to turn away from wickedness. These private choices shape our public lives as we reject pride, confront sin, and surround ourselves with faithful people. Ultimately, David reminds us that true integrity cannot be achieved in our own strength, but only through Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 73, exploring the difficult question of why the wicked sometimes prosper while the godly suffer. As Asaph wrestles with doubt, envy, and frustration, his perspective begins to change when he enters the sanctuary of God and sees the bigger picture. Josh reminds us that we may not always understand the “why,” but we can trust the “Who.” God remains good regardless of what we see, feel, or experience. This message encourages us to walk by faith, draw near to God, and find our true contentment in Him.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 9:30–41, revealing how Jesus defines true greatness in the kingdom of God. As Jesus foretells His death, teaches His disciples to be servants, welcomes a little child, and corrects John’s pride, He turns the world’s definition of greatness upside down. True greatness is not found in power, influence, or recognition, but in love, sacrifice, humility, and service. This message challenges believers to put others before themselves, serve faithfully, and make Christ the greatest of all.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 8:22–9:1, revealing why this passage truly changes everything. As Jesus restores a blind man's sight, Peter confesses Jesus as the Christ, and Jesus foretells His death and resurrection, the identity and mission of Christ come into clear focus. Josh explores three key themes: God is our Refuge, our River, and our Ruler, showing how His presence brings strength, peace, and confidence in every circumstance. This message encourages believers to trust the Lord, be still before Him, and rest in the assurance that He is always with His people.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 84:1–12, focusing on the heart of a pilgrim. As followers of Christ, believers are reminded that this world is not their home but that they are journeying toward their eternal home with God. Through this psalm, Josh explores the blessings of dwelling in God's presence, finding strength for the journey, persevering through life's valleys, and trusting the Lord as our Provider and Protector. This message encourages believers to set their hearts on pilgrimage, long for God's presence above all else, and walk by faith until the day they stand before Him in glory.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 8:1–21, focusing on the danger of forgetting God's faithfulness. Through the feeding of the four thousand and Jesus' warning about the leaven of the Pharisees and Herod, we see how quickly both the crowds and the disciples lost sight of what God had already done. Jesus compassionately provides for every need while calling His followers to remember His works, guard against unbelief, hypocrisy, legalism, and worldliness, and trust Him in every circumstance. This message challenges believers to remember God's past faithfulness, grow in spiritual understanding, and place their confidence in Christ rather than fear or forgetfulness.

In this study, Josh teaches through Psalm 42:1–11, exploring the reality of discouragement and the believer’s fight to maintain hope in God during seasons of spiritual dryness. Through the psalmist’s honest expressions of sorrow, doubt, and longing, Josh highlights the importance of thirsting for God’s presence above all else, preaching truth to our own hearts, and refusing to surrender to despair. As the psalmist repeatedly reminds himself to “hope in God,” this message encourages believers to remember God’s faithfulness, anchor their confidence in His promises, and continue praising Him even when circumstances seem overwhelming.

In this study, Josh teaches through Revelation 3:7–13, focusing on the characteristics of the faithful church. Through Jesus’ letter to the church in Philadelphia, Josh highlights the importance of remaining dependent on Christ, obeying His Word, and boldly identifying with His name. Though this church had little strength, they were commended for their faithfulness and given an open door for ministry that no one could shut. This message challenges believers to persevere in faith, walk through the opportunities God provides, and remain faithful to Christ as they await His return.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 7:24–37, focusing on the power of persistent faith. Through the accounts of the Syrophoenician woman and the healing of a deaf man, Josh highlights how faith presses through obstacles, silence, opposition, and difficulty to seek Jesus. While many would have given up, this Gentile mother continued to trust Christ and was rewarded for her great faith. This message challenges believers to persevere in prayer, trust God's timing, and remain confident that Jesus is able to meet every need and do all things well.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 7:1–23, focusing on the difference between outward religion and true heart devotion. Through Jesus’ confrontation with the Pharisees, Josh highlights how man-made traditions can distract from God’s truth and how true holiness is a matter of the heart. While the religious leaders focused on outward appearances, Jesus exposed the deeper problem of sin within. This message challenges believers to examine their hearts, prioritize God’s Word over tradition, and depend on Christ’s transforming work.

In this study, Josh teaches through Revelation 3:14–22, focusing on Jesus’ warning to the lukewarm church of Laodicea. Through this sobering letter, Josh highlights the danger of spiritual complacency, self-deception, and a faith that is Christian in name only. While the Laodiceans believed they were rich and in need of nothing, Jesus exposed their true spiritual condition and lovingly called them to repentance. This message challenges believers to examine their hearts, ensure their faith is genuine, and respond to Christ’s invitation to a personal and wholehearted relationship with Him.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 6:45–56, focusing on Jesus’ power, presence, and care for His disciples in the midst of a storm. Through the account of Jesus walking on the sea, Josh highlights how Christ sees His people in their struggles, comes to them in their time of need, and reveals Himself as the great “I AM.” While the disciples were overwhelmed by fear, exhaustion, and unbelief, Jesus demonstrated His authority over creation and reminded them that He is with them. Through Jesus’ message to the church of Sardis, Josh explains how people can appear spiritually alive outwardly while lacking the true life and power of the Holy Spirit inwardly. This message challenges believers to wake up from spiritual complacency, stop going through religious motions, and return to a life fully dependent on the Holy Spirit for true spiritual life and renewal.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 6:30–44, focusing on the compassion of Jesus and how true compassion leads to action. Through the feeding of the five thousand, Josh highlights how Jesus responded to hurting people and impossible situations with mercy, patience, and provision, while the disciples focused on limitations and inconvenience. This message challenges believers to see people through the eyes of Christ and trust that God can use whatever we surrender to Him for His glory.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 6:1–29, focusing on the tragic consequences of unbelief. Josh explains how unbelief hindered the people of Nazareth from experiencing the fullness of Jesus’ work, while faith and obedience allowed the disciples to boldly serve and trust the Lord. Through the rejection of Jesus in Nazareth, the sending of the twelve disciples, and the death of John the Baptist, this message challenges believers to examine their hearts, reject unbelief, and respond faithfully to God’s truth. Through the healing of the woman with the issue of blood and the raising of Jairus’ daughter, Josh explains how faith in Jesus brings hope, healing, and salvation. In this study, Josh teaches through Revelation 2:8–11, focusing on the church of Smyrna—the suffering church. Josh explains how suffering is often a mark of genuine love and devotion to Jesus Christ. Through Christ’s words, believers are encouraged not to fear trials, persecution, or even death, but to remain faithful to the One who conquered the grave. This message challenges Christians to endure suffering with courage, faith, and hope in the glory to come. It also reminds believers that eternal riches in Christ far outweigh temporary earthly suffering.

In this study, Josh teaches through Revelation 2:12–17, focusing on the church of Pergamos—the compromising church. Josh explains how Satan shifted his attack from outward persecution to inward compromise through false teaching and ungodly influence. Through Christ’s warning to Pergamos, believers are challenged to hold fast to Jesus and His Word while rejecting worldly compromise, sinful relationships, and deception. This message reminds Christians that truth and love must go together and encourages believers to remain faithful in a culture that constantly pressures them to conform.

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 5:1–20, revealing Jesus’ power to free and transform a life completely. We see a man’s condition before Christ broken, bound, and hopeless his encounter with Jesus that brings true deliverance, and the radical change that follows. In this study, Josh teaches through Revelation 2:1–7, focusing on the church of Ephesus—the loveless church. Josh shows how believers can be faithful in service and sound in doctrine, yet lose their love for Jesus. Through Christ’s words, the message reveals the danger of becoming spiritually cold while staying religiously active. In this study, Josh continues in 1 Corinthians 15:12-19 where Paul speaks on the what if question of what it would mean if Jesus didn't resurrect. Josh goes further into each verse breaking down Pauls points ultimately showing that the resurrection isn't about a matter of what if but a matter of Since Jesus did resurrect our faith has purpose and there is power in the gospel.

In this teaching, Frank speaks on the use of AI and the dangers there can be from using it for all things and likewise he speaks on that it can be useful but we need to be careful in what way we use it. Frank ultimately looks to the Bible to showing reasons why it's important for us to have discernment on when to use AI and not.
