The episode is all about ways to help others, help yourself, help family and friends. We speak about things to look out for in people which could suggest they're suffering mentally, ways to help the and services that are available.

    #4- Losing your mum to Multiple Sclerosis, being a young carer and fundraising with Dan Canning

    Today I'm joined by Dan Canning, Dan lost his mum to Multiple Sclerosis in 2018 after she battled the disease for 25 years. In the episode Dan explains the journey he's had from being a young carer for many years, seeing his mum go into a care home and then the tragic end. Dan like myself turned to fundraising to help treat his feeling of helplessness and has since organised a joint football match and completed a skydive raising money for the MS Society. His next venture could be an MMA event so stay tuned for more details.

    #3- The stresses, struggles and motivations of being a young, single mum with Maddie

    In this episode I'm joined by Maddie a young, single mum who explains the struggles and stresses of bringing up a baby at a young age. Maddies mindset completely changed when reality kicked in that a little boy was now completely dependant on her both physically and mentally. In this episode Maddie explains how she able to change her mindset from being very negative and depressed to extremely positive and she's now even putting herself out there to help others improve their Mental Health.
