2020 Ein Jahr, welches man sich so nie hätte vorstellen können….. Corona-Pandemie, überfüllte Krankenstationen und Bewegungstipps fürs Homeoffice^^ statt Fußball-Europameisterschaft und Festival. 2020 wird als Corona-Jahr in die Geschichte eingehen: Lockdown, durchkreuzte Pläne, Homeschooling, Leben auf Distanz, Hoffen und Bangen. Dies hat uns allerdings auch unsere Stärken und Schwächen gezeigt! Auch für mich hätte das Jahr kaum schwerer verlaufen können. Viele Veränderung begleitet von konstanter Liebe…Musikalisch war es wohl nicht nur verheerend für mich, sondern für die meisten Künstler und der gesamten Veranstaltungs-Branche. Ich habe leider viel zu wenig Zeit in die Musik gesteckt und mich mehr um Lebens-Management und dinge wie Website Bau usw. Investieren müssen -.- Dies möchte ich in diesem Jahr wieder ändern und euch endlich wieder mehr Musik schenken. Vor allem dachte ich hier wieder an mehr Deep House, was sicher den ein oder anderen erfreuen dürfte! Jedenfalls werde ich mein bestes geben um mich nicht weiter von allem wofür ich in der Vergangenheit so hart gekämpft habe, zu entfernen… Nichts desto trotz, sollten wir versuchen die schönen Dinge in Erinnerung zu behalten und hoffen das dass aktuelle Jahr wieder mehr Sonne in unsere Leben bringt. Und deshalb präsentiere ich euch nun wie jedes Jahr mein Jahres Set, in welchem ich so gut wie möglich mein Jahr musikalisch wiedergeben und mit euch teilen möchte! Darüber hinaus bedanke ich mich bei allen die mich weiterhin Supporten und dadurch viel Freude und kraft schenken <3 ---------------------------------------------- 2020 A year you could never have imagined..... Corona pandemic, overcrowded hospital wards and exercise tips for the home office^^ instead of European soccer championships and festivals. 2020 will go down in history as a Corona year: Lockdown, thwarted plans, homeschooling, living at a distance, hoping and fearing. However, this has also shown us our strengths and weaknesses! For me, too, the year could hardly have been more difficult. Lots of change accompanied by constant love...Musically, it was probably not only devastating for me, but for most artists and the entire event industry. I have unfortunately put far too little time into music and have had to invest more in life management and things like website building etc.. Have to invest -.- This year I would like to change this again and finally give you more music. Especially I thought here again more Deep House, which should certainly please one or the other! Anyway, I will do my best not to move further away from everything for which I have fought so hard in the past ... Nevertheless, we should try to remember the beautiful things and hope that the current year will bring more sunshine into our lives. And therefore I present you now as every year my annual set, in which I would like to musically reflect as well as possible my year and share with you! 2019 Leider seeeehr verspätet aber dennoch besser als gar nicht, kommt mein traditionelles Jahres-Set in welchem ich best möglichst versuche, mein vergangenes Jahr musikalisch widerzuspiegeln.... Ich lebe immer noch in Berlin und habe die entscheidung noch keinen Tag bereuen müssen....! Im Juli 2019 war es dann endlich soweit und ich spielte meinen ersten Internationalen Gig in Ostrava, Tschechien auf dem "Beats For Love" - Festival. Dies ist das größte seiner Art in Mitteleuropa, sodass ich das erste mal vor mehreren Tausend Menschen auftreten durfte (Closing Set) <3 <3 <3 Desweiteren versuchte ich mich weiter in Berlins Nachtleben zu integrieren, was leider viel leichter gesagt, als getan ist -.- Aber ich halte natürlich weiter an meinem Traum fest und langsam aber sicher tut sich was....! Leider sind dabei, wie auch beim webseiten aufbau, Livestreamen und co. viele dinge wie Produktionen vorallem im Deep House bereich auf der Strecke geblieben... "YOLO" - You Only Live Once (Du Lebst Nur Einmal) I am really happy to present you today my new set "YOLO", which (for me) has become one of my best sets so far. I associate many feelings, emotions and of course also many memories with it.....so I invested a lot of time and an incredible amount of love in it, like seldom before.... Especially therefore I hope that you will like it just as much and also that you let me, take you on a journey to drift together away..! :) "We think too much and feel too little....!" ---------------------------------------------------------------- Once upon a time, there was a heart, which lived together in a small Village with different hearts and souls. When the heart was born a long time ago and began to move second by second it had only one wish. To receive love and to give love. Often it felt alone, wanted and could not be alone, and so it happened that the heart got more and more little scars. Scars of disappointments and injuries. The scars got bigger and bigger and the own wishes and needs were put further and further back. Trust was only a word and no longer a harmonious feeling, as it should be. One morning the heart decided to go in search of what it had always longed for. Even though it was hard for the heart to believe that something like this really existed, there was something in him that bore the name hope and gave her strength and courage to begin the journey. Days and nights came and went. On his journey, the heart had several travel companions, who had a piece went with it. These included self-doubt, loneliness and low self-esteem. It was shortly before the sun went down on the horizon when the heart became a piece of woodland. came. It stopped and listened to the silence. Suddenly it felt something warm and intimate, through its ventricles flowed. A feeling that didn't know it like this. It was a Feeling of: "To have finally arrived" It heard a special melody that only a another heart can play. Suddenly It was all so easy and beautiful. It was looking to find out where the tune came from. On the top right of a hill there was a light shining, a light full of warmth. and security. That's where the heart wanted to go. To get there, the heart has to go into the forest and then to the right up to the hill. When the heart wanted to go off, a head came towards him and asked where it wanted to go. When the heart told him this, the head offered to accompany him. Gullible as the heart was, it thought nothing of it and agreed. The head, however, wanted nothing more than to keep the heart away from the beautiful one. He entangled the heart in a conversation and distracted it, so that they ran past the turnoff and came deeper and deeper into the forest. Away from the melody of the heart and the warm and familiar. When the heart noticed that it no longer felt the familiar and it became colder again, the head said goodbye and left the heart alone again. Sadness and loneliness returned. So that it did not have to be alone the heart made itself again on the journey home....... Manuel Clauss aka. Chicano born 1990 grew up in a small town in western Germany (North-Rhine Westphalia), near Bonn/Cologne. Already at an early stage he made his first experiences in music and at the age of 6 he started playing the drums and took a drum class for the following 6 years. He found his love for electronic music in the year 2000 and lasts ever since. It didn’t take long for him to realize, that one day he wants to be behind the decks and captivate the people with his music, as music keeps captivating him. After he gained some insight from some djj colleagues, he knew: ‚That’s it! It didn’t took long as he owned his first equipment to publish his first Set ‚Amor&Odio’ on the internet portal ‚Soundcloud’, which has almost 18k hits until today. 2017 Mittlerweile schon zu einer kleinen Tradition geworden, widme ich das letzte Set meinem Jahr, welches ich so gut wie möglich Musikalisch verpackt habe...! Ich habe in diesem Jahr, wie auch in den letzten Jahren sehr viel dazu lernen können....habe 2 EP´s & weitere Singles auf 2 internationalen Labels Releasen dürfen und habe darüber hinaus viele Remixe mit euch geteilt und selbstverständlich regelmäßig neue Sets veröffentlicht Viele neue Menschen sind in mein leben getreten mit denen ich viel schöne stunden verbringen durfte. Trauriger weise habe ich auch einige Menschen verloren die eine Lücke in meinem Herzen hinterlassen haben, welche ich wohl nie wieder füllen werden kann -.- Mit meinem momentanen Wohnort habe ich auch schon lange komplett abgeschlossen, denn nicht nur meine Musik wird hier null geschätzt, auch auf die Menschen hier ist absolut kein verlass und man erlebt immer weiter Enttäuschungen! Die Koffer für Berlin sind allerdings schon fertig gepackt, sodass ich hoffentlich sehr bald in meine Traumstadt ziehen kann und mich neuen Herausforderungen stellen darf…Alles in allem hätte das Jahr doch sehr viel besser verlaufen können.... „Zugegeben, es gab in meinem Leben mehr als genug bewegende Momente...An den meisten Menschen zieht das leben vorüber, während sie damit beschäftigt sind, grandiose Pläne zu schmieden......Überall....All die Jahre....habe ich hier und dort stücke meines Herzens gelassen! Jetzt ist kaum noch genug davon übrig um weiter zu leben... Doch ich zwinge mich zu lächeln, denn ich weiß das mein Ehrgeiz, mein Talent bei weitem übertraf...!“ Aber nun genug davon, ich wünsche euch viel Spaß mit dem Set und Augen nach vorne gerichtet auf ein hoffentlich gesundes und erfolgreiches Jahr und bedanke mich nochmals recht herzlich bei euch allen die mich bisher begleitet und unterstüzt haben....❤️😍😘 Viel zu selten blicken wir im Leben auf die Dinge, die wirklich zählen. Die besinnliche und friedsame Weihnachtszeit ist der richtige Anlass, dies zu tun. Lasst uns nicht an unbedeutenden Kleinigkeiten des Alltags aufhalten, sondern vielmehr die Dinge und Menschen im Blick haben, die uns wirklich etwas bedeuten. Eine stressige Arbeitswoche ist im Nu vergessen, wenn man in liebende und dankbare Augen blickt. Lasst uns an den wesentlichen Kleinigkeiten des Lebens wachsen und sie nicht aus den Augen verlieren. "Berlin" Please listen & enjoy my first Summer Set this Year ! ;) MUSIC ON, WORLD OFF ! Berlin hat täglich 24 Stunden geöffnet. Wer durchfeiert, spart sich das Geld fürs Hotel. Berlin ist Bühne für große Dramen, Possen und Trauerspiele. Zwölf Millionen Besucher reisen jährlich in die Hauptstadt. Sie lassen die Flughafen-Witze zuhause und erinnern sich an Party-Bürgermeister Klaus Wowereit, von dem die Sage ging, er trinke Champagner aus Pumps. Heute chillen Hollywoodstars an drehfreien Tagen am Gendarmenmarkt. Wer Glück hat, trifft die Kanzlerin an der Supermarktkasse. Berlin ist ein Dorf mit Hauptstadtgefühl, prollig und mondän. Eine Woche Berlin ersetzt ein Jahr Geschichtsunterricht. An der Spree glänzt wieder das Preußenschloss. Mit dem Fahrrad geht es an der Mauer entlang. Die Generation '89 erinnert sich dabei an die Tränen, die sie vor dem Fernseher zerdrückte, als sich die Schlagbäume öffneten und der Sound der Mauerspechte die Einheit verkündete. Wo war Osten, wo Westen? Wer das erkennen will, muss mit der Lupe suchen. In einem Kraftakt hat Berlin sich vereint. "Auf diese Stadt kann Deutschland stolz sein !"
