Christ is the revelation of God's mystery concerning the all-nations Gospel. God has now graciously revealed this Gospel to Paul and to us (vv. 1-5); God has revealed this Gospel, specifically that the Gentiles are members of the same body and that we Gentiles are partakers of the same promise (v. 6); God has now graciously revealed this Gospel by His grace and power (v. 7).

God's Power in the Exaltation of Christ
God the Father answers our prayer to know the immeasurable greatness of His power toward us in Christ (v. 19). This same power: raised Christ from the dead (v. 20a), seated Christ at God's right hand in Heaven (vv. 20b-21), subjected all things under Christ's feet (v. 22a) and made Christ head over the church (vv. 22b-23).
