Is the Church FAILING when it comes to MENTAL HEALTH
It's mental health awareness month .. I personally believe the "awareness" should be talked about every single day. We got a little vulnerable on this podcast... When it comes to mental health, the church is mostly silent. Totally not dissing the church as a whole or anything, don't hear what I'm not saying..but it's just a silent topic. Or so it has been in my experience as well as many others. Do you think the reason is they (the church) just doesn't know how to talk about it etc? All I know is within the past few years, too many people that I knew personally are no longer here because depression or some other form of mental health issues took them out. It's heartbreaking. It can't keep happening. What are your thoughts?
