Instagram is a really interesting platform and one that I use OFTEN and daily. My consistency over the last 2 years has brought my instagram from 30 likes to 600 likes a post ORGANICALLY - no paid boosts! Listen to hear I grew my instagram and how it attracts new clients.

Sorry for the unannounced hiatus. This has been long overdue but I am excited and ready to be back. A lot has changed and a lot has happened to me and I want to bring it to the podcast to help you. I have been seeing a therapist, been working on meditation and yeah, life happened. I hope this sheds a light on my life and explains why I needed to step away from posting so regularly and how social media can really suck sometimes (if we let it.)
