My first run of the Barn Burner is sadly coming to an end at CITR. I'm going out with a bang though... Jack Oblivian, John Paul Keith, Lucinda Williams and The Drive By Truckers are just a few of the folks featured on this second last installment!

We were often inseparable - we had some times. Here's a heavy set reminiscent of the times you supported me while rocking out. Hellacopters, C'mon, Graveyard, Pentagram, New Pack AD among others...

Cheeseburger, The Byrds, Los Lobos, The Backsliders... and the mooninites make an appearance. Must remember to keep the cue button pressed ha ha...

Man that Deep Purple track is so money. Had some spider bags, the heavy, supersuckers and Eddie Floyd happenin too!

Subbing in for Dan for the Month of August! Very excited to get my Honkey Tonk on for alternating Sundays. My first set list was a blast! Lefty Frizzell, Los Lobos, Doug Sahm, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Steve Earle and much, much more!

Lot's of Voodoo in this one, including some classics from Smiley Lewis, Bo Diddley, and Albert King. Relative new bloods C'mon, The Hot Blood Bombers and Miesha and the Spanks get their mojo workin' too...

I suggest that you go back and re-visit Black and Blue by the Stones if you already own it...

No one does the Blue Eyed Soul as convincingly as Penn and Oldham do. Some good Rhythm and Blues this week from the likes of Mavis Staples, Rufus Thomas, and the Five Du-Tones. A Peter Green request and some great greasy rock from the Brought Low.

Great new rock n' roll tracks this week-Grinderman, Urge Overkill, and C'mon! Got the C & W covered with Tammy Wynette and a Hoyt Axton request for my mom. And too start things off, an R & B shaker with Black Joe Lewis...BOBBY BOOSHAY! Oh ya, and a great live performance from Toronto's own, Great Bloomers!

while the Badger's away, the Bryce will play some J.Geils Band, Jeff Beck Group, some vintage R&B from the Pinetoppers, Rex Garvin & Champion Jack Dupree, current rockabilly ravers from Tandoori Knights & Rosie Flores, some revved-up Supersuckers, 9 LB Hammer and a classic from the Long Ryders!

This one was really all over the board... Hank and Wanda, Tom Waits and Deadboy and Elephantmen, Warlocks and Hellacopters...something for everybody!

And I'm married! First phone interview-Miesha and The Spanks! Lots a good rock n roll... and a band called Barnburner!! Theme song here I come...

Blue Shadows got re-released...cool! Rodney Decroo, Hank III and The Joey Only Outlaw Band keep it a fairly Honky Tonk affair... Hot Live Guys rock out though!
