    Reveal. Repent. Renew. // Re-New Episode 6 // February 16, 2025

Do you have a pet sin in your life? It’s often the thing that holds you back from walking fully in God's purpose, and our enemy, the devil, will use any opportunity to keep us stuck in that. If you are a follower of Christ, you would also know that it deeply breaks your Father’s heart. Because of Jesus, God’s wrath and anger on our sin is overshadowed by Christ death on the cross. He Loves You more than you will ever know. If you are a true follower of Christ, as harsh as it may sound, please don’t call Him Your Lord and Your King if you are not ready to obey.

    The Engine for Renewal // Re-New Episode 5 // February 09, 2025

Who is responsible for renewal. Since the time of Abraham, we have wrestled with a very difficult tension. Is it God, or is it me?Where does God’s responsibility collide with the responsibility of man? As we re-examine the story of Ezra and Nehemiah, we start to see some clear principles as we seek the renewal of our own city, in our time.

Famous Last Words // FULL SEND // October 19th, 2025

    Opposition // Re-New: Episode 3 // January 26, 2025

Why do we get weary doing the right thing? Why is it hard to grow spiritually? Why does prayer lead into sleep so quickly? In Montreal and in the western world, we have no room for supernatural things. We are proudly secular, pushing God and supernatural activity to the side. In this message, we will be reminded about the clear and present danger called spiritual warfare. The Israelites faced it in rebuilding the City of God, and we should be ready too.

The Armour of God // The War of the Worlds // March 22, 2026

Did you know that The Apostle Paul gave a detailed instruction about how to fight the supernatural war going on behind the scenes? We have been given instructions--and most importantly, armour to fight this war of the worlds. Listen of watch so that you can be equipped to win your battle!

  16. 86

    Real Power vs. Faux Power

Supernatural battles have been going on since the Garden of Eden in Genesis. Through the life of Jesus, and his apostles, there were many confrontations between the kingdom of light against the kingdom of darkness. Here in Acts 19, an amazing story of confrontation happens as Paul is establishing a church in one of the most influential cities of the Roman Empire. Despite the darkness, God's patience and power prevails, reminding us that his light will never go out!

  17. 85

    Defeated and Shamed

In episode two of our new series, we look at another Old Testament battle. There is a fascinating account between the capturing of the ark of the covenant, and a subsequent confrontation between Israel's God and the god of the Philistines, Dagon. As we flip over to the New Testament, we see another glaring and public showdown between Jesus and the god of this world. In this war, we fight with the authority of our King, and we are careful to shut the gates to the enemy.

  18. 84

    A Showdown in Egypt

You might have heard of the story of Israel, Egypt and the 10 plagues. But have you considered this story in light of the spiritual battle beneath the surface? What is an Egyptian sorcerer, and where does his or her power come from? What does it mean to confront the reality of evil as a Christian living in Montreal in 2026?

The Golden Calf and Golden Apps

We hate waiting. It feels like an eternity, it crushes us, and it also exposes us.Waiting on God is even harder. The story of the golden calf is a chilling insight into how easy it is for God's children to turn away. Instead of using God's good gifts as worship, they were used to construct a false god. What if we updated this story into the app stores of our smartphones? What if we considered how easy these applications could be used to tempt us into idolatry? The good news is the gift of repentance. It allows us to turn back to God, and receive victory that Jesus purchased for all his broken followers.

  21. 81

    The Better Path

Do you know the story of Mary and Martha? Both sisters were motivated to throw a great dinner party for their honoured Rabbi, Jesus of Nazareth. However, Jesus said that Mary "chose the better path" than her sister. When it comes to our phones and our time, how do we choose the path of Mary when tech companies are feeding us dopamine?

  22. 80

    Freedom and Digital Chains

Have you ever seen the movie, The Matrix? In this ground-breaking film, machines took over from the human race, and actually used humans to fuel their advancement. It felt far-fetched, even if the movie was filled with great action and a novel concept.Today, it's hard to argue that many of us are addicted to our smartphones, if not all technology. This is something that both Christian and non-Christian experts are warning us about. This message will help us contemplate the subject of freedom, and why as followers of Jesus, we shouldn't trade our freedom for digital chains.

  23. 79

    A Digital Fast in a Saturated World // January 25th, 2025

We love it and we hate it. We need it and we want to run away to the forest to ditch our phones and live off the grid. The Apostle Paul had a vital word for Christians living at the height of the Roman Empire in Romans 12:1-2.A smaller group of tech engineers help program the thoughts and beliefs of over 2 billion people in our world today. You are invited to join us for 30 days as we detox from our phones in order to reposition our minds, hearts, souls and relationships.

Three Dimensions of Growth // January 11th, 2026

Each January, we have a few areas we have pinpointed for growth. When it comes to your spiritual life, have you considered the pattern Jesus set?In this message, you will see how Jesus intended for you to have a three dimensional life. When we prioritize these areas, we will not only grow quickly, but make a great impact on the people around us.

What is my purpose? // MISSING PEACE // Decmber 14th, 2025

One of the most important questions we ask is, Why am I here? What is the purpose for my life?Mary had the same question when her life was disrupted during her engagement to Joseph.Rather than follow the script of her mother, or friends in her community, she was given a life-altering gift.Mary records a beautiful song of praise that highlights the might and the mercy of God.Like Mary, we are invited to carry the story of God to those around us, and the generations coming behind us.

How To Finish Well // FULL SEND // October 26th, 2025

How can we run the Christian race to finish well?Shockingly, only 25% finish well among the heroes of The Bible. In this message, Dr. Timothy Warren shares from his life—as well as the life of Joshua and Jesus—to show us how we can not just finish the race, but finish well.

  34. 68

God Is Not Mocked // FULL SEND // October 12th, 2025

“It’s just a little thing that won’t hurt anybody.I deserve it.Why is this such a big deal?”It’s a tale as old as time; we regularly justify sin for immediate gratification. And while it seems small and private, it’s actually something that impacts everyone around you…your family, your church, even your city.In episode 7, the story takes a dark turn as Achan brings death upon all of God’s chosen people.May this sermon help you to remember God’s holiness, and the incredible price Jesus paid to restore us.

    Looking Back To Look Forward

We have a bias to today’s news and events. For some, the past often viewed as passed and irrelevant. for others, the past is viewed through rose-coloured glasses.God has a very different strategy.God exhorts us to remember in order to move forward. The key is to remember the right things and forget the rest. For more, listen in to episode 4 of our Full Send teaching series.

  37. 65

    God On The Move

Are you responsive to the still, small voice of God?As Israel moves across the Jordan River, life will never be the same. The same change you seek for your life depends on your responsiveness to God’s direction.

  38. 64

    Outsiders Becoming Insiders

As the Israelites move towards the Promised Land, the two spies meet Rahab, a Canaanite prostitute. In an amazing twist, it the risk-fuelled faith of Rahab that steals all the attention.Years later, Rahab is not only heralded for her faith, but is grafted into the royal lineage of Jesus.By faith, outsiders can become insiders and set on a whole new trajectory.

  39. 63

    Get Ready

September is a natural time to take stock of what is, and dream of what could be. As we start a new year as a church, we are sensing God’s direction to get ready for what’s ahead. We can’t move forward together until each of us asks the question, “Am I ready?”Let’s get ready for all God has for in this new year.
