Claudio and Lea present: Claudio introduces his time on the radio with The Monarch of Calypso "King Obstinate" on Radio One, St. Thomas, USVI. Claudio was famous as The African Poet in the Virgin Islands and it was greatly due to The King Obstinate Calypso Show and his Storytelling performances with bands throughout the Islands. These recordings date back to 1978 when he was 23 and this was Claudio's first time on radio.
