Listeners of Clear 99 no that Liz's Corgis were her first kids. So many stories that we've told over the years have involved Dasher & Nellie. Recently and suddenly, Dasher had a medical issue, and Liz and her family had to say goodbye. It was tough, but she certainly wanted to share the news with Clear listeners.

Ella Langley's new album "Dandelion" features an old song from the 50's called "It Wasn't God Who Made Honky Tonk Angels". The song has a history, and a pretty good story...and Lord knows, Scotty loves telling a story! As Liz says, "Settle in..."

Scotty just recently got into the tv show "Homeland", and discovered Claire Dane's portrayal of lead character "Carrie Mathison". "She" got a hold of Scotty, and wouldn't let go!

"If I Don't Leave I'm Gonna Stay" is a new song from Carly Pearce and Riley Green. Country radio got to premiere it before it went to streaming, so Liz & Scotty played it. They shared Carly talking about how the duet came together, and then shared their thoughts on it too.

Liz's daughter Evelyn is 3 1/2, so it was time for a haircut...whether Liz was ready or not!
