Hey friends! Merrrrry Christmas! We actually recorded this last week, but I forgot to post it. Oopsie! In this episode: #1- we have some pretty great audio quality for you. It's definitely giving "better than usual". #2- we talk a lot about strategies for getting through the holidays with your mental health in tact. And #3- we give you some tv recommendations in case you need to lock yourself in grandma's bathroom and have some alone time. Oh and Gracen is coming to Arkansas for the holidays!! We love you guys! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I want you to know that I've been trying to upload this since Tuesday night! There's some pretty poor sound quality in the beginning, but I promise it gets better. No matter- we're here to recap Gracen's London trip. We hope you enjoy! Pip pip cheerio!

Happy belated Christmas all! This week we’re recounting our holiday travels. Gracen had an awkward run in with an ex. Lauren had some trouble getting home for the holidays….and also wants to pick up hitchhikers (safely). We discuss memories of Christmas past. And tell a terrible story about Wyoming.
