It is already challenging for men to seek out therapy due to access, cultural stigmas, and/or gender norms. In general, Black men are the subpopulation least likely to seek mental health assistance. Cold Conversations with RPL can be a Virtual Healing Space for Black Men as we discuss hardships and mental-health concerns in the Black community.
