The Graham Thomas Come Follow me Podcast is a spiritual Podcast. The intent is to teach spiritual principles using the vocabulary and ideas of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Spirituality differs from religion. Spirituality is focused upon the individual where religion speaks to the many. The LDS faith has always had a strong leaning towards spirituality, as its founder Joseph Smith saw God after a personal inquiry. Over time I believe this understanding, while still in plain sight of the members the church, is slowly being diminished and replaced by religion. It is my intention to remind us of our core beliefs, such as, God speaks to every one not just prophets and that there is much still to learn. My personal journey has been a little different. Although like many members, I served a mission, it divulged from the norm when I returned home. I became debilitating depressed and frustrated.
