79. What You're Carrying May Not Be Yours with Fernanda Vitale
What if the challenges you're facing didn't begin with you?In this episode of Constellations and All That, I sit down with Fernanda Vitale to explore how Family Constellations can help us see our lives, relationships, and experiences through a different lens.Fernanda shares her own journey into this work, the constellation that changed the way she understood her family story, and how systemic awareness has shaped her work with children, families, and young people.Together, we explore how patterns can repeat across generations, what it means to take responsibility without blame, and why awareness can open the door to new choices. In this conversation, we discuss:• How Fernanda first discovered Family Constellations• Generational patterns and unconscious loyalties• Why awareness creates choice• The difference between blame and responsibility• How systemic thinking changes the way we see others• The ripple effects of healing within families• Why what we're carrying may not always belong to usOne of the most powerful ideas from this conversation is that many of the struggles, behaviours, and patterns we experience may be connected to something larger than ourselves. Not everything starts with us.Sometimes healing begins when we pause long enough to see the bigger picture.Connect with Fernanda:Instagram: @vidaconnectingenerationsI’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz***🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more? 71. The Deeper Path of Constellation Work: Agreeing to What Is with Annie Cariapa
Kia Ora! In this episode of Constellations and all that…, I’m joined by Annie Cariapa, a teacher, supervisor, and practitioner in Family Constellations based in Bangalore, India. Annie brings decades of experience into her work, with a background in Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and regressive therapies. Her approach is deeply informed by both psychological frameworks and a lifelong connection to spirituality, one that has evolved beyond religion into a more expansive and experiential understanding. In this conversation, we explore the deeper path of constellation work beyond technique and into presence, maturity, and the philosophy of helping. Annie shares how constellation work cannot simply be explained, but must be experienced, and how true helping is not about fixing or rescuing, but about standing with what is. We speak about the importance of working without judgement, without taking from the client, and how giving everything and everyone a place can create profound shifts in the system. We also explore how much of what we carry may not be ours alone — how ancestral patterns, unconscious dynamics, and what has been excluded can shape our lives in ways we don’t always see. One of the most powerful threads in this conversation is Annie’s reflection on agreeing to what is, meeting life as it is, rather than wishing it were different — and how this becomes a doorway into deeper healing and a more grounded way of facilitating. If you are drawn to constellation work, or are walking your own path as a facilitator, therapist, or seeker, this conversation offers a deeper, more spacious way of seeing and being. 62. When Certainty Collapses: Meaning, Myth & the Healing Path with Kristina Dryža
In this week’s conversation, Tracy is joined by Kristina Dryža for a deep and thoughtful exploration of what happens when the structures we rely on begin to fall away.Together, they speak into the spaces many of us find ourselves in moments where certainty dissolves, familiar identities no longer fit, and life invites us into the unknown. Tracy weaves this together with her lived experience and constellation perspective, exploring how meaning, ancestry, and belonging support us when logic alone is not enough. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen, and consider how healing can emerge not from certainty, but from learning to walk alongside uncertainty with curiosity and respect.Kristina also references her TEDx talk, “Archetypes and Mythology: Why They Matter Even More So Today”, which beautifully complements this conversation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2o4PYNroZBYIf you are navigating a season of not-knowing, questioning old narratives, or sensing that something deeper is asking for your attention, this conversation offers a spacious place to rest and reflect.Connect with Kristina:IG: @kristinadryzaI’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz**** 🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more?
