Last week it was revealed that Revolut, a digital currency and banking app, has hit a million users here in Ireland.  Sinead Ryan explained some of the reasons why the app is so popular and how Revolut users can get the best out of the service.

Every Monday  we go over to our consumer corner and this week Karl Deeter Of Irish Mortgage Brokers  is in the hot seat with everything you need to know about mortgages.   

With the recent announcement of pending strikes by Ryanair pilots there is a fear that your flight will be cancelled or delayed, causing you to miss a connection, or worse, your holiday. Hanging around in the airport, especially with small children, is nobody's idea of a good time, so the very least the airline can do is look after you while you're there. The Hard Shoulder's consumer guru, Sinead Ryan gave Ivan all the tips you need.

Car, home and health insurance are some of the most common kinds of protection, but they can be difficult to understand. Sinead Ryan hosted another Consumer Call In with an expert panel, and they answered listener questions and queries on air. Ciaran Mulligan from Blue Insurance, Deirdre McCarthy from InsureMyHouse.ie and Dermot Goode, TotalHealthCover.ie were on hand with advice and guidance.

Sinead Ryan's Consumer Call in continued this evening, and her focus was on investments. Brendan Costello from Talk Financial and Andrew Fahy from Investec joined Sinead in studio to answer all your questions and queries, as well as offer general advice. From windfalls to shortfalls, pensions to lump sums, there was lots to discuss!

Mortgages was the hot topic for this evening's Consumer Call  in with Sinead Ryan. Karl Deeter from Irish Mortgage Brokers and Joey Sheahan from mymortgages.ie were on Sinead's expert panel offering advice, and answering listener queries.  

In the third installment of Sinead Ryan's Consumer Call In, the focus was on consumer complaints, online shopping and flight issues. Caroline Curneen of the European Consumer Centre and Eoghan Corry, Editor of Travel Extra were in studio to offer advice and answer listener queries.  

Sinead Ryan is hosting a special series of hour-long features on personal finance, and this evening's episode was all about planning for your future after your career. Each evening from 6-7 pm, Sinead is joined by a panel of experts who will delve into a topic that effects your pocket. For the second installment, Eunice Dreelan, Director of Strategy and Change at Irish life, and Donal Keating, Tax Director PwC, joined Sinead to explain everything you need to know about pensions and planning a secure future.
