She Got 1 Billion Views in 30 Days (The System Behind It)
A creator just did almost a billion views in 30 days. One month. I had to put my phone down. But the number isn't the story. The story is what she built behind it... and the second I understood it, I saw the exact roadmap for what we're doing with The Football Show during the World Cup. In this one I break down how Jenny Hoyos rebranded an 11-million-subscriber channel, why her views had to crater before they exploded, and the two moves that actually drive growth like this (most people only try the first one... and torch their team doing it). Plus the soccer vlogger who posts a full video an hour after the final whistle, the Six Levers question we run almost every week inside Business Creator Club, and the volume experiment I just texted my team about (I'm a little nervous). Monetizing Events & The 3 Phases Nobody Talks About
I've been away a few days... and there's a reason I had to come back and tell you about. The first real event Fonzie and I ever drove to, we went for one thing: customers. We came home with zero. I almost called it a complete waste. What I didn't know yet was that the "failed" event would end up starting this entire podcast. In this one I break down the three phases of live events every entrepreneur moves through... and how to know exactly which one you're in right now. Then I give you the exact move we use to walk out of any room with relationships that actually turn into business (including the one trick that works 99% of the time, and the follow-up step almost nobody does). I just got back from the most significant event I've ever attended. It unlocked something I wasn't expecting. 👉 Come build with us: www.businesscreator.club Tune in and enjoy! Why Most People Quit Right Before It Works
Most people quit their podcast right before it starts working. Not because the content was bad… because they couldn't see the compounding happening under the surface. Today we break down the one thing that has shaped everything BIZBROS has built... endurance. From three seasons of the 45 Live challenge to 700+ episodes of Content Is Profit, to $1M+ in services sold through relationships that started with a single conversation. But here's what took too long to learn: patience alone isn't the strategy. Content builds trust. Outreach closes deals. Run both engines at the same time… and your content becomes a real business tool, not just a brand builder. You'll hear real stories from this week: a studio referral that became a meeting, a cold Google call that became a closed deal, and a doctor on X who attracted the attention of Mark Cuban just by staying authentic and consistent. Don't quit at episode 50. The 3 Beliefs Your Audience Needs Before They Buy
Last week we said trust gets them to the door. Today we're talking about what gets them through. In Part 2 of this series, Luis and Fonzie crack open a framework that has helped them launch the podcast, sign clients in the studio, and quietly scale a community. Three beliefs your audience needs to hold before they ever say yes... and most creators are addressing zero of them. Or worse, the wrong one. This is the one that uses an organic milk analogy you'll think about every time you walk into a grocery store. The one with the woman who showed up to the studio with 52 episode outlines and froze the moment the cameras turned on. The one where Luis admits he used to lose deals because he was trying too hard to impress people. If you've been creating content and watching prospects say "I love what you do" and then ghost you on the call... this is the episode that explains why. Stick around for the close. How to Compress Trust to 3X Your Sales
Today we ended up cracking open one of the most misunderstood ideas in content. Most entrepreneurs hear "you need 12 touchpoints to convert someone" and assume they need 12 platforms, 12 months, 12 thousand pieces of content. That's the wrong math. And it's why so many people are stuck in long sales cycles, posting consistently, and still not closing. Today we break down the formula they actually use with high-ticket clients (and lately inside Business Creator Club) to compress trust from months to days. Three levers. One self-audit you can run on your last 10 pieces of content this week. And the one thing brands are now spending real money to prove... that most creators are getting completely wrong. Plus a $1M/month referral business with no funnel, why your favorite gurus might be teaching you the wrong move, and the moment Fonzie drops a closing line that's going to make a few people uncomfortable.Stick around for the end... The 3 AI Frameworks Every Creator Needs
You've been using AI for your content. And the output still feels... off. Not broken. Just generic. Like someone decent wrote it… someone who's never actually met you. Here's what nobody tells you: the AI isn't the problem. You've never actually introduced yourself to it. In this episode (pulled directly from a live Q&A inside Business Creator Club) I answer the three questions I keep hearing from entrepreneurs trying to build smarter content systems. Why does AI output feel so generic? When do you start building AI systems? And what happens when your tool disappears overnight? Three frameworks. Marketing. Production. Brand. And at the end (drum roll please) the exact prompt to build your Board of Advisors Agent. An AI that knows your business and challenges your decisions like a real board would. 22 minutes. Let's go. Get the exact prompt and 3-step SOP we used to build ours... so your AI tools finally sound like you. Most people are using AI tools the wrong way — and it's not their fault. They're doing everything right: writing the prompts, using the tools, following the tutorials. But the output still sounds generic. Off-brand. Close, but not quite them. Here's the truth: the AI isn't broken. The foundation is missing. In this episode, I break down exactly what a context document is, why it's the single most important thing you can build for your business right now, and how to get your first version done in a single conversation. I also share what happened when I built mine — and what surfaced that I didn't expect. Why Most Creators Fail With AI (And How to Fix It)
Download Free Resources Here! AI is everywhere now, but here’s the hard truth: Many entrepreneurs and content creators aren’t making money with it. This isn’t because the tools don’t work. What Most Creators Get Wrong About Monetization
Most creators think they need more content or better talent to grow. That’s not the real problem. The real issue is lack of simple systems and clear messaging. In this episode, I share lessons from a creator roundtable where we looked at real businesses building newsletters, live streams, and content funnels. One big theme kept coming up: simple systems beat talent every time. A lot of creators build complex funnels, but they never check the numbers. Others try to convince the wrong people to want their solution, which creates friction and slow growth. Instead, content should act like a radar—helping you find the people who already have the problem you solve. When you simplify your system, track what actually works, and get faster feedback from real customers, growth becomes a lot easier. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why a more complex funnel can hide the real problem What most creators miss when they say their content is “not working” How simple systems can beat smart people with big ideas Why talking to the wrong audience keeps growth slow The faster way to find out what people actually want Chapters: 00:00 – A creator roundtable recap 00:12 – Why this conversation matters now 00:38 – What creators are seeing in the market 01:05 – Lessons from real creator conversations 01:28 – AI, systems, and the role of content 01:46 – The biggest ideas on the table 03:58 – When every strategy seems to work 06:06 – The danger of a complex system 07:11 – Why the numbers matter more than opinions 08:33 – Systems beat talent 09:19 – The tension between fun and results 12:28 – What scalable content really looks like 14:07 – Trying to sell people who do not want it 19:17 – Faster feedback, better messaging 21:14 – Final thoughts on growth and simplicity 22:02 – Closing and next steps

Giving 100 Billion Meals & The Hidden Skill Behind Building Wealth and Impact
Most people think success starts with strategy. More content. More hustle. More tactics. But what if the real shift starts inside your head? In this episode, I sat down with Justin Block, an entrepreneur whose journey is anything but typical. He graduated from the University of Florida… helped grow and sell a family company… and today he’s working on the 100 Billion Meals initiative with Tony Robbins. But the part that really stuck with me wasn’t the exit or the accolades. It was his superpower: Seeing potential. Potential in people. Potential in opportunities. Potential in himself — even when he didn’t fully believe it yet. And that one shift changed the direction of his life. This conversation goes deep into identity, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and the hidden mindset most creators ignore. If you're building a business, podcast, or personal brand… this episode will make you rethink what actually drives growth. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why understanding yourself might be the most important business skill The moment Justin realized his life needed a different direction Why most entrepreneurs chase goals that don’t actually belong to them The hidden opportunities behind building a personal brand Why “seeing potential” might be the most underrated superpower in business If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next step… This conversation might unlock something you didn’t expect. The Platform Trap That’s Blocking Your Sales
Most creators think they need a better platform. A better funnel. A better tool. More content. I used to think that too. But what if the platform isn’t the problem? In this episode, I break down three big traps I see creators fall into over and over again. These traps keep you busy… but broke. If you’re frustrated with slow growth, small numbers, or content that “should be working” but isn’t — this one might hit home. Because sometimes the issue isn’t effort. It’s direction. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why obsessing over platforms might be delaying your monetization The hidden reason content takes longer to make money than you expect The question that reveals your true fastest path to cash How to think differently about including decision-makers in your content The identity test that forces clarity between survival and passion If you need revenue faster… or clarity on what you’re building… this is a mindset shift you can’t ignore. Why Most Entrepreneurs Quit Too Early: How To Scale & Make it Big
Most people don’t quit because their idea is bad. They quit because it gets uncomfortable. And right now, too many creators and business owners are being told: “If it’s hard… pivot.” “If it’s slow… switch.” “If it’s uncomfortable… leave.” But what if that advice is the exact reason you’re stuck? In this episode, I sat down for a conversation about grit, ownership, staying in your lane, and why trying to be everything for everyone will quietly kill your growth. If you’re frustrated with slow numbers… If you feel like you don’t fit the “online business” mold… If you’ve been tempted to quit or pivot again… Listen to this. In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why leaving when it gets hard might be your biggest mistake - The hidden cost of trying to serve everyone - When to protect your idea instead of promoting it - The difference between experimenting and being unfocused - Why ownership changes the way you lead, sell, and grow This is not about hacks. What the NFL Knows About Attention You Don’t
I want to talk about something that confused a lot of people… and why it actually makes perfect business sense. A lot of creators and business owners think growth comes from playing it safe. From trying to make everyone happy. From staying neutral. That belief is costing you attention. Today, we break down a very public, very polarizing decision—and the real marketing lesson behind the Super Bowl. Not from theory. From real-world signals. If you’ve ever felt stuck… unsure what to say… or afraid of pushing people away with your content—this one will hit home. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why confusing some people can be a growth signal How big brands think about attention long before approval The hidden cost of staying “safe” with your message What happens when you finally pick who you’re for This isn’t about copying anyone. What Breaks Content Before It’s Published
The One Decision That Changes Content Quality I see this problem all the time. People are posting more. Trying harder. Getting their team involved. And still… the numbers don’t move. In this episode, I break down what’s really happening behind the scenes when content feels messy, slow, or out of control. This isn’t about better gear or more posts. It’s about something most creators and business owners completely skip. If you’ve ever felt frustrated with your content, this might shift how you see the whole game. In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why more people creating content can actually hurt growth - The silent mistake that makes editing harder and results worse - What most teams never agree on before hitting record - Why “just post more” isn’t the answer right now - The real lever that changes consistency and quality Listen closely. The Biggest Monetization Lie Holding Creators Back
The Biggest Monetization Lie Holding Creators Back You Don’t Need Big Downloads to Make Money With Content A lot of people think you need massive downloads to make money with content. I used to hear this all the time, and honestly, it drives me crazy. In this episode, I break down why that belief is holding so many creators and business owners back. I share what actually matters when it comes to monetizing content, even if your audience is small. This is based on what we’ve done, what we see in the studio, and what we teach inside our community. I don’t give you a magic button. But I do walk you through how to think about content, money, and opportunity in a totally different way. If you’ve ever felt stuck, frustrated, or close to quitting because the numbers look small, this episode is for you. In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why small audiences can sometimes be more powerful than big ones - The hidden reason content makes money for some people and not others - How sponsors actually think about shows with low downloads - The big difference between creating as a business vs creating as a creator - Where most people put their money first and why that can slow everything down If you’re creating content and wondering how this ever turns into revenue, listen closely. How To Build Trust FAST With Content
How To Build Trust FAST With Content This one hit different… Fonzi came in hot with a question that had my brain on fire: How fast can we build trust with content? At first, I thought I had the answer. But wait ‘til you hear where this convo went… We broke down something we see ALL the time: people chasing views... but losing trust. We asked stuff like: What’s content really supposed to do? Why are some videos getting tons of views but zero results for their businesses? And can a stranger trust you just from ONE piece of content? You might think it’s all about going viral... But there’s something way more powerful happening under the surface. We’re sharing behind-the-scenes stuff we’ve never talked about before, like how we helped a creator with 20 million downloads and some things we implemented with their team to move the needle forward… fast! The Creator's Role in Crisis: 5 Questions Every Creator Should Ask Right Now
What Most Creators Get Wrong During a Crisis (And How to Do Better) Hey fam we are back! First of all, Happy New Year! I hope you had a great time with family, friends, and maybe some good fireworks like we did. But today… we’re diving into something a little deeper. Something happened this weekend... something big... especially for us, our family, and millions of people from my home country, Venezuela. I won’t get into all the details here (you can go look it up if you want)... but what really got me thinking wasn’t just what happened... it was how people reacted online. The comments. The posts. The anger. The confusion. And yes... even from creators we respect. So in this episode, I’m asking 5 important questions we all need to think about before hitting publish. Especially when things get tense. I’m not here to tell you what to say. I’m not here to talk politics. I just want to share what helped me reflect before we wrote this epside... and maybe help you do the same. You don’t have to agree with everything. You just have to be willing to a few things before you post. Let’s talk about it. One Truth No One Told You About Business & Content Creation That Will Make You Money
What if this thing (that you already have) was the secret to growth? Today's episode is a little different... kinda like a heart-to-heart (nice way to say rant lol) I just got off a deep call with my coach, and wow — it hit hard. Ever feel like you’re stuck doing stuff that doesn’t feel like you? Yeah... me too. This conversation made me ask big questions. - What if I’ve been showing up as someone I’m not? - What happens when we *really* show up as our true selves? - And what if that’s the reason things finally click — in content, business, and even life? I’ll share a super weird (but powerful) experiment I’m trying that’s already shifting how I create, how I sell, and who I attract. Even my wife thought this was insane haha! Plus, I’ve got a story about a podcast, some spicy feedback from family, and what to *actually* do with opinions that don't sit right. Let’s just say... this one’s raw, real, and might give you that nudge you didn’t know you needed. Enjoy! and Happy Holidays! Tune in and enjoy! Today… we got someone BIG in the house! I wanted to share my Vlogging experience from yesterday. But when I started recording, I noticed my energy was low. I only got 4 hours of sleep after our trip last night. You'll hear more about it in the episode that drops soon! Deff do not miss it! So instead... I'm bringing you one of my favorite interviews with one of the top producers in the world right now! We’ve been chasing him for years (okay, okay—maybe we’re exaggerating… but not really). He’s one of the best podcast producers in the game—working with Alex & Leila Hormozi, real estate shows, even a podcast about parking! (Yup. Parking. 😅) But today’s not about them… it's about how YOU can grow your podcast without wasting time, money, or energy on stuff that doesn’t work. 💥 We talk: Why most business podcasts flop (and how to avoid it) The truth about podcasting for small biz owners What data you actually need to look at (spoiler: it’s not downloads) Why your podcast should be fuel not the spark The 4-part framework to make your show binge-worthy 🔥 And yeah… how to turn your podcast into CLIENTS 💸 Whether you're just starting out, already podcasting, or thinking, “Should I even launch one?”—this episode is for YOU. Don’t just create content… create PROFITS. Hit play. Take notes. And go make it happen. Follow us on social: @bizbros.co 💬 Got questions? DM us. Are You Leading Your Business... or Just Running in Circles? The #1 Mistake CEO’s Make & How To Solve It with Katie Richardson
The Hard Truth That Helped Me Fix My Business (And My Mind) Yesterday… wow. Fonzi and I spent the whole day locked in at a coworking space — not recording, not filming, just talking. About the business. The studio. Our team. Even the future of Content Momentum and the Business Creator Club. We thought we were going in different directions. We weren’t. We just weren’t saying things the same way. Wild, right? This episode you’re about to hear? It’s the one that helped us have that hard conversation. And I mean hard. But also... powerful. Because we finally got aligned. And guess who’s in the episode? My coach. My mentor. My North Star. Katie Richardson. She’s the one who helped me learn how to lead, not just do, and with that, pave the path to our first 7 figures!. The person who helped me figure out why I was stuck — and how to break out of it. We talk about the #1 mistake CEOs make (I was making it too), and the ONE question you’ve got to ask if you’re feeling stuck, tired, or like your business isn’t “fun” anymore. But here's the thing… we don’t give all the answers away. You gotta listen. Because if you’re a coach, creator, or entrepreneur trying to grow something big — this will change how you see your team, your time, and even yourself. Let’s go P.S. Quickest Way to Get Paid: From Zero to Sales in 5 Days: The Tiny Challenge Playbook
This episode is special. Like... really special. We brought on the guy who helped us make thousands of dollars with no ads, no email lists, no big launches. Just one person at a time. His name is Richmond Dinh, and he's the creator of the Tiny Challenge — the thing that totally changed how we sell, help people, and grow our business. We talk about the simple steps anyone can use to get clients online... even if you have zero tech skills or a small audience. We also shared some of our own stories—what worked, what didn’t, and even what made people cry during the challenge (in a good way 😅). If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to sell your service or coaching, or you’ve wondered how to actually turn content into profit... you’re gonna want to hear this. Oh—and Richmond dropped something at the end that might just blow your mind. (Hint: it has to do with making hundreds of thousands from a one-on-one call... and it’s not what you think.) Netflix Just Broke Podcasting (Here’s What It Means for You) #GoldenBoulder
150M Eyeballs Just Shifted—Are You Ready? Last week, Netflix changed the future of podcasting forever... Here's why their recent Spotify partnership is bigger than you might think: Starting early 2026, shows like The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Rewatchables, and Serial Killers will stream on Netflix alongside their regular programming. We're talking about putting podcasts in front of 150+ million eyeballs on the Netflix home screen. Netflix is showing once again that who they choose to showcase has real value. Those podcasts will overnight become some of the biggest shows in the world. Media is really merging in a funny way, isn't it? YouTube is becoming TV and therefore podcasts are becoming TV. Now, TV is slowly becoming podcasts?! I mean if you really think about it, podcasts are essentially audio first TV shows that deliver half of TV's production quality at a tenth of the cost. Plus they come with built-in audiences. It's just good business economics. This raises the stakes for every podcaster. Production values will have to increase (like that recent Chris Williamson pod with Matthew McConaughey). The bar just got even higher but so have the opportunities. How Can You Monetize Faster—With or Without an Audience?
This episode? Oh man, it went in a whole different direction… and we loved it. I was gonna talk about how to make content creation easier (don’t worry — we’ll get to that later)… but then Fonzi started telling me a story. And I stopped him right there. Because I knew we had to hit record. We dug into something most people totally miss when it comes to content and sales. And it has nothing to do with having a huge following or fancy funnels. It’s something we call the Pipeline Platform — but don’t get it twisted. It’s not just a podcast. It’s way more powerful than that… if you do it right. We shared what helped us cross our first 6-figures, and why we’re going all in on it again. And yeah, we dropped some golden boulders — not nuggets — that could totally shift the way you grow your biz. Wanna know how to: - Get in front of dream clients without pitching them? - Turn content into high-trust convos? - Create value, build trust, and open doors… all at once? Then hit play. Look, if you’ve ever asked yourself: - “Should I start a podcast?” - “What kind of content should I create?” - “How do I actually get people to see it?” Then this episode is 100% for you. We’re talking real talk: - What most people get wrong about content creation - Why “just creating” isn’t enough anymore - How to figure out what you should be doing (without the overwhelm) But don’t worry—we don’t give all the answers here Because if you really want clarity... 👉 Join our FREE 1:1 Content Clarity Challenge We’ll work with you personally, for 5 days, to build a strategy you can actually use—based on your business, your time, and your goals.
