Mike enjoys rock climbing, running, hosting a podcast called, "The Speech Guys", and a group of friends.  His Christian faith is also important to him and he teaches in the Roman Catholic church. Mike

Jack Ortego works with Man in the Mirror.  He helps churches help their men connect for the purpose of spiritual growth.  We talk about the "Known Journal", the need for honesty, spiritual conversion and risk, and continuing to walk in it after conversion rather than leaving it behind for self-righteousness instead. Brad grew up nominally Catholic but in high school made efforts to get more serious about his Christian faith.  He was doing well but then came across a verse in the Bible that made all the difference.  Since then, it's been important to Brad that other people make sure they understand what he didn't understand until that point. Irian was born in Mexico but grew up in Texas.  Christianity changed his life when he was in his teens.  From there connecting with and learning from people helped him.  He now serves on staff at the Rio Grande Bible College. Irian

Morgan hiked the first half of the Appalachian Trail in 2023 and the second half in 2025.  The Appalachian Trail is 2,200 miles between Springer Mountain in Georgia and Mount Katahdin in Maine.  We talk about her experience of hiking the AT and also her Roman Catholic faith. Morgan

Rylan had experienced a desire for God but was seemingly trapped in a bad lifestyle that kept him from God.  Cancer helped break that cycle and helped Rylan leave the past way of life behind him and draw near to God.  Now he has a desire to help others who are where he was. Rylan

Jim Thurmond is well known in the rock climbing community and has helped with the development of rock climbing crags in the Midwest.  In recent years he has purchased Fountain Bluff in Southern Ill and made that available to rock climbers. Jim Thurmond

CiCi is from Indonesia.  She enjoys rock climbing, and she enjoys her religion of Islam.  We talk about Islam and some of the ways it contrasts or is similar to my religion, Christianity.  And we also talk a bit about Indonesia and rock climbing. CiCi

Sedric has a rare skin disease called scleromyxedema that effects his body and caused him to have both legs amputated.  Sedric has grown through this experience and has a positive view of life at this point.  He's 63, climbs rock, cycles, and is active. Sedric

Rob is a Christian with a particular viewpoint of the return of Jesus, the kingdom of God, and things pertaining to the "end times".  The study of this type of thing is called eschatology.  Rob's viewpoint is called premillennialism and dispensationalism. Rob
