She is also a Cornell alumna herself, who planned a career as a hospitality industry professional, and did not expect to return to academia in a teaching capacity. However, through life's twists and turns, she ended up back on the hilltop, doing what she loves and sharing her passion for hospitality and sustainability with her students.In this episode, Heather also shares why juggling life as a working mom made her value recipes that are quick, easy, and wholesome.
