Instead of typing commands, you connect colored boxes, called "nodes", together, and each node performs one specific job. This is how the network looks with the base shape. You may notice that the visual above is completely different—I just used a bloom effect and feedback, then composited it. If you are new, you may not know, but the idea is to understand how the visuals work. They move from the basic shape of a circle, which I feed to noise, and that noise is influenced by my song, which in turn gives out that shape that moves throughout. You can see a still image here. These are the further processing steps I did with that basic shape. So if you watch the video below, you can see I change the parameters in real time. Although the video looks quite rough due to my low-end laptop, if you download the file, you can change the parameters as you wish. You'll learn how to add your own song and how to manipulate the shape and its effects overall, Here is how you can download the file and use it, and also how you can manipulate various nodes as well. Then I used 3D texture and a time machine to create those transitions, with a little bit of noise for that grain effect. Up to this point, it's pretty simple. Then I used a SOP node with texture to create blobs. I couldn't do much rendering or creation as my laptop ran out of resources. Just upload the videos in the Media File options, input the audio in the Audio Device In. The thing is, you can create multiple different variations by changing elements in noise and composite. The core of this project involves a custom Switch component that drives audio reactive visuals, with video choices dynamically responding to sound input. While the video selections could be more compelling, sourcing quality copyright free movement footage remains challenging. TouchDesigner proved ideal for this project due to its lightweight performance profile. Running on my 2018 laptop which typically makes creative work cumbersome, the platform remains efficient and responsive. However, the system can still be overloaded when adding excessive shaders and particle effects. Despite these limitations, TouchDesigner's streamlined design makes it accessible for resource constrained workflows while maintaining professional creative capabilities. I'd like to work on this and continue to improve. @corpsekaizen

Fool me no more. I recognize the edge now, the ledge, that familiar precipice where I've kept my long vigil. The drop has no power here. I have stood in this shape long enough to know the geometry of my own return. Everything dwells within: the meat chunks and the greened dreams, the extracted leaves, the craved beginnings all spiraling through a senseless continuum, a becoming that asks nothing of meaning. And still I am myself. Still the same withdrawals circle back. Still the substances speak their simple language, and I choose—or choose again reaching for something better than this broken symmetry of staying.
