85% of the established female founders I've read for this year sat across from me telling me their business felt misaligned with how they're actually designed to work. Not how they wish they worked. Not how they thought they should. How they were genuinely built to work - at the level of their nervous system, their wiring, their chart. This episode is the diagnostic underneath that pattern.
