September 10, 2025 is World Suicide Prevention Day. Our guest, Kathryn Kierks, is from NAMI and shared her experience with suicide prevention. If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts, please reach out to a trusted adult like a parent, teacher, or counselor. You also have 24/7 access to the 988 number. You don't have to go through this alone.
