Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: Have you ever noticed there can be two people that can do the same thing, put forth the same effort, have the same talents, and yet come up with completely different results? It’s timing. Timing isn’t luck, it’s about alignment. You can’t force a season to change, you can’t force fruit to ripen, you can’t skip internal seasons of growth without paying a price later. Waiting is often when the deepest work is happening. Ask yourself, what is this season asking of me? Flowers don’t bloom in competition with each other, they bloom when they’re ready.

What do you want to see when you’re reminiscing 48 years from now?  We were born diamond with completely unlimited potential. Then we start to have fear and doubt and somewhere along the line we forget that we were born diamond. So how can we remember? The best way is to find your dream, find what makes you feel alive. Your dream is inside of you. Your real dream is an emotion. Your light will shine for generations because your legacy doesn’t end with you, it begins.

Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: What has Common Sense given me? Faith, a dream, a purpose, motivation, a family of people I look up to and love. It’s given me an opportunity to raise my kids in an environment of positiveness. A dream needs to be connected to your heart, emotionally. We know everybody we need to already to become diamonds. Pray and ask God to help you find the people that are looking for this opportunity. I want to be a leader with vision, dreams, goals, and confidence. 

Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: Imagine that you’re about to build a high rise. The high rise represents your dream. Your conscious mind is management, it gives the orders. Your subconscious mind is the machinery, the workers, they carry out the orders. The subconscious never argues, it only obeys. The most crucial part of your day is the final five minutes before you fall to sleep. This is when the mind is most open to instruction. As you drift into sleep, the conscious mind goes offline. The workers remain and they work all night. So ask yourself, what instructions are you leaving with the foreman? What questions are you asking? 

Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: I wasn’t growing, I wasn’t doing anything. Along came this industry and taught us both how to dream and that we could change and we could become more. It totally changed my life. The only person we have any control over is ourselves. When we think about our life do we know who we want to be? Do we know how we want to spend our time and what we want to leave behind? We have to be pretty determined or it won’t happen. I’m learning to consistently be my best self. In order to make more money we need to become worth more. Now is the time, we can change and become more and move forward toward making our dreams come true.
