He was quoted as saying " make no little plans". This episode talks about what the imagination introduced to the world in 1893 and that can help you today.     Hey party people. It's one thing to have a great idea. It's always good to have a second great idea. That's 2nd great idea is, "how do I implement my 1st great idea?" In this episode we talked about Piggly Wiggly and the founder of that store and why he was successful. Furthermore we speak about Tesla and why they succeeded where Tucker did not . It's not just so much that you have a great idea but have the imagination to figure out how to implement the idea to be mass produced or to be understood and accepted by the masses.     This meditation is a doozy for December. The theme is faith and hope. It took me 3 attempts to get coherent dialog to stress the importance of this meditation. I share real issues in my life in hopes that it will guide you to self reflect on the meditation. Everyone comes from a different place on this issue. Are you willing to be honest with yourself?     Free? December 3, 2020 - faith and hope

    Today's Podcast asks the question what does he mean by free? Free to do what? Free to feel what? The meditation says we have freedom of choice. Freedom of choice from what? Will get into that more in the next Podcast. In this Podcast I talk about a band called DEVO and a funny story about my brother and me going to the Devo concert and getting in trouble later. I guess we had freedom of choice there but the consequences were trouble. I dive deep in what I believe is important on this Podcast with a more questions than answers. Not just food mind you but good things around us. People, places And things. I suggest Journaling as a firm of communication to your mind, body and soul. Understand why we do the things we do.     Processed foods spike your blood sugar and gives you a "brain fog". Eating raw fruits and vegetables sustains your blood sugar levels and gives you the clarity to think straight. I finally picked up raw broccoli 🥦 from the store. I swear I burned 100 calories just cutting it up! Today's meditation 🧘‍♀️ talks about the things we put in our bodies that make us better people.     Who's influencing whom? November 20,2020 - Health and Happiness

    The Canadian band, Rush, had a song called Totem from Test for Echo. Two lines from that song influenced me. "Media Messiah's preying on my fears" and "pop culture prophets playing in my ear". There are two articles I read and want to give them credit. * Frontline fallout series, The Right Fit by Taryn Williams and Glossy Magazine. In this podcast I discuss going beyond what we see and feel. Try to understand you are being influenced to buy a product or an idea through entertainment. Instagram, youtube, tik to and the like have people convincing you to buy ideas and things they may not even believe it. For your health and happiness be diligent. Separate the idea that Kim Kardashian wearing or holding a product or idea is one that you want to hold. You be you boo-boo [Kevin hart]. This is Big Dave and you go and have a great day!

    With this podcast we have officially reminded and rebooted to the current ebb and flow in real time. Today's meditation comes from Napolean Hill's Positive Action Plan. 365 meditations for making EACH day a success. Two stories today from the meditation. Heather's strength to push herself when others told her to stop and by focusing on the positive it made her a stronger person. Second story is how we understand our current situation but move towards health in spite of that. The mind is a wonderful and powerful thing.     Daydream believer, April 13 - goal-setting

    You have the capacity to dream big dreams. This meditation talks about 2 different things in the meditation. The 1st thing is what is holding you back to do things? The 2nd thing is what are you gonna do about it? In this meditation we talk about an example of 2 fishes a predator and prey. The scientist put a glass panel between the 2 fish and the predator chasing after the prey continues to hit the face of the glass over and over again. We start off with the main point of past but then jump to the future and then to the present. Not always how we hear it. If we don't learn from our past we are destined to repeat it. But that's not a bad thing, is it? Sometimes rinse and repeat is a necessity. It the future of hitting that bullseye 🎯 with understanding you did it once you can do it again.
