The other side of that magical door is a meadow with a parrot and an orange dinosaur. They guide her to the coastline where she gets help from a Humpback whale. Deep Sleep Meditation-Evoked Lucid Dreaming Process

This is a meditation process for evoking a lucid dreaming experience within the listener and encouraging deep sleep to follow this dreaming. Like all lucid dreaming processes, it is best not to use this if you are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, worry, depression or any other mental health challenge, nightmares or bad dreams, as this process is to encourage you to be more aware within your dreams and so you don't want to use this if there is a chance your dreams may be negative due to these other issues. The idea with lucid dreaming is that your aim is to become more of an active participant in the dreams, so that you can begin to make decisions within those dreams, rather than just observing or experiencing the dreams, however, this does take practice.

The Curious Wizard (Deeply Calming Bedtime Story)

They find a treasure chest, but inside the chest is just a pen, parchment and ink. They draw something on the parchment and find themselves transported to a different land. In this land they meet curious creatures, including a beagle-like wizard named Gizz who teaches them about what they found and shows them to his library. Following his experience, the panther returns through the portal, back to his boat, and drifts asleep into Slumberland, before making his journey home.
