His instinct for digging out records, 3 deck mixing, putting on parties, and latterly hardware-focused production, have all been shaped by a real world interaction that harks back to the early days of acid house and techno, while his tastes have continued to evolve both with up to the minute developments and further back into the obscure sounds of the past.He started out at free parties in his native Dorset before the turn of the millennium, discovering the sounds of Jeff Mills and other such techno staples before moving on to the tougher sounds of
