Hey everyone! Today we have another journal entry from Wilcox Bennett. Today we ask ourselves if we are consuming too much material. Welcome back! This episode features another journal entry from Wilcox Bennett, mainly relative to current tragic events. I then provide a brief commentary and explanation of the journal entry, pulling inspiration from Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche. In this commentary, I discuss the three stages in the metamorphosis of humankind and demonstrate how they relate to the minds of active shooters.
