I am interviewing Oliver Parr. Oliver Parr is a Dallas-based brick artist, founder of MODERN BROCK HAUS is located at 2506 Sylvan Ave in the Tin District, Dallas TX. Through Modern Brick Haus, Parr designs brick sets that move beyond construction into collaboration, where each builder becomes an artist. His botanical MOSS series has been exhibited in spaces such as Samuel Lynne Gallery and the Dallas World Trade Center, and his sets have found homes with builders across the world. You can purchase the botanical MOSS GARDENS and Bonsai brick sets on his website at www.modernbrickhaus.com I first became aware of Oliver’s work at last fall’s Tin District’s art walk. What’s funny is I had met him serval times before that and we had several lengthy conversations but he never shared anything about his work. Such a gracious and humble person. But, once I saw his work, I added inspiring and talented into his character. I had so many questions about his work and just had to have him on the podcast.

I adore her and her husband Paul. Minji’s work has been featured in multiple magazine and galleries like Kettle Art, Adolphus Tower Gallery and the other art fair.
