Digest, Rest, & Dream

Join me for a journey through the darkest, most yin time of year! Because the more intentional we are as we cross the sacred threshold between old year & new year, the more resourced & ready we'll feel to reach our goals in 2026! And I've designed these 10-ish sacred transmissions + rituals to help us do just that. So, let's begin our descent into 2026!
