Discussion 1-2-1 with HC21

Held annually since 1997, the HC21 Forum is the largest in our region. This year speakers will focus on the four key levers developed by HC21 to assist organizations in designing and implementing value-based benefit design. The levers work in tandem with one another to push value into your organization and our regional market. One of our speakers, Phil Brown, Sr VP of Human Resources with Mohawk Industries was kind enough to answer a couple of questions about his upcoming presentation at our May 1st event.
