DJ Diva Dee’s Sound Garden
by DJ Diva Dee
Hey Hey Beautiful Music lovers,Welcome my Sound Garden; a place where I spin what moves me, and hopefully, moves you too. One minute you’re vibing with soulful house that makes you wanna clear some space, sprinkle the baby powder on the floor, and just dance, next thing you know, the Island Vibez roll in — dancehall, calypso, reggaeton — all that heat keeping things spicy. And of course, I’ll lay down some funk — reaching back to the ’60s and ’70s to pull those syncopated bass lines and intense percussion into the mix. Many R&B and Hip Hop musicians have sampled funk, and this mashup creates a harmonious connection between the two genres, leading to beautifully flowing dance mixes. On the flip side, the smooth and velvety R&B tracks will chill you out and wind you down. So whether the tempo is high or mellow, it’s always about the soul behind the sound. Many genres, one soulful destination
