A Little about me:IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS MATT (1974): My father was in his 40's when he married my mother in her 20's. Your probably asking what the relevance of that is.. .. I remember being in the car with my dad and found myself drawn to the sounds of Sinatra, Tony Bennett, etc.. I remember being in the car with my mom and grooving to classic disco and Motown. As a teenager I played guitar jamming out to Led Zeppelin and the Beatles. My musical foundation is enormous and can find beauty in almost all genre's. Reflecting back in the early 90's, when I would show up to house parties with my Technics turntables and too many records, I was always pushing the envelope on how creative I can be in order to fulfill my musical pallet. In my 20's, I remember finishing up a gig and immediately shooting over to hear some of the pioneers of house music that shaped the way it is today. Wednesday was Sound Factory Bar to hear the sounds of Frankie Knuckles and Little Louie Vega. This
