Arkansas just conducted their mid-winter survey and have determined they are more than half-a-million short of their fifteen year average and the lowest total number of mallards since 2013 for this time of year. @thefowlhunter sits down this week with Mike Brasher, Senior Waterfowl Biologist for Ducks Unlimited. We discuss mallard ducks and what's been the hold up with the migration and give an outlook for the remainder of the season here in the south. We also talk about the perspective of over-crowding in a world where waterfowl hunters continue to decline.
