https://3speak.tv/watch?v=dreeyorr/e8f9511a Just dropped this for the April #AlienArtHivexNFTShowroom "Floral Fauna" contest 🌸 I kept rewriting this poem until it felt true. Then I had to draw her. Sped it up a bit so you can see her grow. Floral Fauna - 5 editions minted Roses are red, lilies are white but sometimes I wonder, "what can you say about me?" ‎My birth is from a tree but within my flesh is a heartbeat. ‎A life form within but it says I'm not one of the trees. ‎From my veins are branches and at the tip lies the beauty. ‎From my heart come the roots and on the outside is my flowery bloom. ‎A beautifully decorated pink creature I am but for what I am called for the month is a Floral Fauna She’s tree-born but the forest won’t claim her. Watching the roots form from her heart was my favorite part to draw. The terror in their eyes suggests they’re fleeing from something supernatural—perhaps a ghost, or something even more terrifying… like the organ reaper, “Gbadamosi.” This page sets the tone for a darker turn in the story. I’ve decided to introduce a new villain—one who’s been deeply corrupted—and things are only going to intensify from here. The action is just beginning. Student and according to the school calendar, were to start exams jan19. Its not as comfortable as home although it will get better with time.
