Truth is, life is like a 🪀 & 🎢. Life is beautiful, life is a spiritual experience. Don’t complain just Praise His Name. Singing is Healing & Soothing to the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul.

We all have our ways developed through our own personalized experiences. Look not toward another but look upon thyself. It’s not about what you go through but how you overcome. The enemy comes in the form of many disguises; through words that are the opposite of love and encouragement, through spirits that seek to break and destroy rather than build. Life has its own troubles, why seek to add unto that pile rather than bless? Life is a journey for us all and the heart, character, soul, true nature of a person is revealed through their intentions, and words released. Seek to do good, for this world surely needs more good. No person is perfect, but one day at a time, just be kind, and ALWAYS take care of your mind🙏🏾

The history is His story for we are all of His creation. The generational curse is the suppressed emotions, transferred and left unhealed. It takes time to heal from the emotional wounds embedded in the past, but this too shall pass. Receive not the lies of the enemy, but be encouraged for The Grace of God. I can only testify from my point of view, from within my own shoes. I refuse to claim perfection, but I do claim the healing love received in the Faith of The Lord. It seems the changes of the generations hold a specific purpose, a hidden meaning..receive, learn, grow, & carry on.. The Lord shall supply all thy needs❤️

What goes unhealed is only transferred, go within to receive the change you seek. Don’t be afraid to be who you were created to be, who God created you to be, the journey and testimony is personal..Stay true to you ❤️

The devil will appear in many forms of disguise, as distractions, but this day is just a MOMENT in time, tomorrow it’ll be of the past, and this too shall pass. The Word of God is His Voice, and His Voice is of Love, meditate upon His Love to receive His Healing touch -> don’t complain, praise His Name!❤️

Sometimes you have to encourage yourself; speak and receive words to build, not destroy. Release blessings and rebuke curses. Be still and observe thy own thoughts. Faith Over Feelings because how we feel is just for a moment, to be experienced and to pass, Faith is the foundation, believing is receiving so be mindful and kind to your thoughts❤️

My life experiences taught me that you cannot trust everyone for not all holds good intentions, but one can ALWAYS trust Jesus. This journey taught me how to be strong on my own, how to go within to receive true peace and love. I refuse to allow the belief systems of another interfere with my own. Jesus is King, Jesus is Peace, Jesus is Lord, Jesus is LovePERIOD! ❤️🙌🏾

Once upon a time my heart when upon my sleeve.. The journey is about overcoming the obstacles, and my heart is in His Hands. ❤️😌

One must learn the importance of speaking love and healing over thy own soul, words released from thy tongue create the manifestation within. Speak words of peace, receive the same experience. Be not distracted by the enemy who does appear to distract and discourage. Remain thy mind on The Creator of it all, for God is Love -> seek love, strive for love daily, receive and share it. One must learn the importance of encouraging thy own soul, uplifting thy own spirit. Be still and praise ye The Lord.

Generation to Generation -> there is no new thing under the sun. Mental Health is Emotional Health and Emotional Health is Spiritual-> all are connected. Don’t complain just praise His Name. Don’t be stressed, be blessed! The devil is a liar but Jesus is The Truth and His Name is Inner Healing! That’s my testimony and I am grateful for it❤️

Singing is like speaking love into your spirit and soul, healing to the mind, body and bones. I am grateful for the Inner Healing received through Psalms❤️🧘🏽‍♀️
