    9. Home Bar Booze Selection

On todays episode, we talk about the alcohol you will need for your home bar set up! If you are taking the time to put together a bar for at home, don’t go cheap! Even if that spirit isn’t one for you, on those rare occasions you use it, make sure it doesn’t mess up your drink by pouring it out of a plastic bottle. Make your home cocktails good ones! After you listen, if you decide you like the podcast, please take just a moment to like and review the podcast on the listener of your choice, and tell your friends about us! Thank you for listening, and enjoy the show! Home bar must haves: Vodka. Never go cheap, but this would be a good mid grade bottle Gin. Have a London dry like Bombay on hand for most classic drinks, and if you like Gin, add some new age bottles like Hendricks. Whiskey. This is all over the place, but don’t go cheap here. This is the one you can taste the difference in the most. Go with something like a makers mark or other wheated for old fashioned’s, or a good rye like Rittenhouse if you are into Manhattans. Rum. Make sure to keep a white one on hand, and a spiced is a good add as well. Tequila. A silver is a must for cocktails, and I would add a gold. A brand like Herradura is a good one. Mezcal would also be a really good add. Our email is [email protected], please let us know what you think and if you have any questions!
