For garnish, flip half of the squeezed lime upside down and put mint around it, so it looks like an island in the drink. The Mai Tai:

2 oz Jamaican Rum

1/2 Oz Orange Curacao

1/4 Oz Orgeat Syrup

Juice of a lime

Mint and Lime to Garnish

In a shaker with Ice, combine drink and shake well. Pour into a tall glass. For garnish, flip half of the squeezed lime upside down and put mint around it, so it looks like an island in the drink.
