Along with being one of the founders of Nobu and Tribeca Grill, Drew opened dozens of other restaurants over the years including Montrachet which, within 7 weeks of opening received a three star rating from the New York Times, and Bâtard which held a Michelin Star for eight consecutive years. He recently published his book ‘I’m Not Trying to be Difficult’ which covers his journey from waiting tables on a cruise ship to getting his first three-star review and getting into business with Robert DeNiro. For our first ever episode we have Chef Ryan Bartlow, the owner of Ernesto’s and Bartolo, which focus on Spanish cuisine.
