    19. What A Tremendous Call!

In this powerful episode inspired by Michael McAfee, we unpack the truth about God's calling on your life—it's not about talent, it's about obedience. If you've ever felt unqualified, overlooked, or unsure, this message will remind you that God isn't looking for perfection—He's looking for your "yes." Be encouraged: the call of God doesn't rest on your ability, but on your willingness to follow Christ fully. What a tremendous call it is. mailto:[email protected] www.onetouchmin.org

    18. Insignificant? I Don't Think So!

In this powerful and deeply affirming episode of Eclectricity, Michael McAfee steps up to the mic with a refreshing shift in tone—this isn't a teaching episode… it's a declaration. With sincerity, warmth, and unmistakable conviction, Michael reminds every listener that significance is not measured by size, platform, or applause—but by calling. This episode speaks directly to the quiet questions leaders often carry: Does what I'm doing really matter? Does anyone see? And with pastoral clarity, Michael answers with a resounding yes. He walks through five bold affirmations that anchor the heart: You are significant. Your church is significant. You can do all that God has placed in your heart and mind. God Himself called you. God Himself anointed you. God Himself has empowered you. God Himself has sent you—right where you are. With moments of heartfelt encouragement (and a few of those knowing "you've been there too" reflections), the episode dismantles the myth that bigger always means better. Whether you're preaching to 5,000… or faithfully pouring into 10, the assignment carries equal weight in the Kingdom. Michael leans into the truth that heaven measures obedience, not audience size. And in doing so, he reframes what it means to lead, to serve, and to stay planted when comparison tries to creep in. By the end, listeners are left not just encouraged—but commissioned again. Because this isn't about building something impressive… it's about being faithful to what God has already entrusted. Bottom line? You're not overlooked. You're not underqualified. And you are most certainly… not insignificant. For FREE copies of Michael McAfee's ministry booklets, get on www.onetouchmin.org or mailto:[email protected]

    17. Wishing To Be Taller

In this episode of Eclectricity, titled "Wish I Was Taller," host Michael McAfee takes an honest and refreshing look at the quiet insecurities that often surface in ministry—the feeling of not measuring up, not being enough, or wishing we had someone else's gifts, platform, or presence. With both humor and depth, Michael reframes the familiar phrase "God equips those He calls," suggesting instead that perhaps God has already placed everything necessary within us before we ever step into the calling. Through personal insight and biblical reflection, he challenges listeners to stop reaching for what's out of reach and instead take inventory of what's already in their hands—their voice, their story, their unique anointing. Like Moses standing before God with nothing but a rod, this episode reminds us that what seems ordinary may already be divinely appointed, and that true effectiveness in ministry begins not with striving, but with recognizing and stewarding what God has already given. www.onetouchmin.org

    16. KISS the Noise Goodbye!

In a world where notifications never stop, and opinions travel faster than wisdom, Michael McAfee offers a timely and steadying voice for the faith community. In this episode, we explore his insight on how the constant noise of the internet and social media has subtly reshaped how believers think, engage, and even practice their faith. Together, we discuss the danger of confusing volume with truth, influence with authority, and trending voices with timeless wisdom. Michael urges listeners to recognize how distraction, outrage, and endless commentary can divert hearts from discernment and depth—and why Scripture must stay the anchor in an age of endless scrolling. This discussion isn't about rejecting technology; it's about restoring spiritual focus. It serves as a reminder that the Word of God should be our main source of truth, growth, and peace. Clarity comes not from the loudest voices online but from the quiet, faithful practice of remaining rooted in Scripture. www.onetouchmin.org

    15. What Do You Really REALLY Want? (Believing For The Impossible)

On this episode, Michael McAfee is speaking directly to ministry leaders and pastors who feel stuck in the routine. When the calendar is busy and the vision seems small, it's easy to forget that God still calls us to dream big, believe for the impossible, and expect miracles. We'll explore the story in Luke about the woman with the issue of blood—who, through sheer faith, reached out and touched Jesus when everyone else declared her situation was hopeless. Her miracle started with one brave reach. Join us as we rediscover that same faith, same expectancy, and the God who is still able to do far more than we can imagine. Put yourself in a position to believe. www.onetouchmin.org

    14. How To Handle A Church Hopper

Host Michael McAfee explores the persistent problem of "Church Hopping." Many Christians experience frustration and disconnection, prompting them to change churches. Michael shares a real story about "Chuck," who finds it difficult to commit to servant leadership, which hampers Chuck's ability to build authentic friendships. Often, what seems like church hopping is actually a deeper need: a craving to be understood, valued, and to have room for questions, grief, or growth without fear of judgment.  www.onetouchmin.org

    13. Getting Rid of Small Church Mentality

Maybe the phrase "small church" should be replaced with "significant" church. Small/significant churches have their place in ministry around the world, no doubt. Michael McAfee addresses the reality that many small congregational pastors view themselves as being less than. Be encouraged because this episode gives great wisdom and inspiration on how to overcome that small insignificant church mentality. Mark 9:23 says "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."  Remember the Word of the Lord Dream Prophetically Learn How to Praise God in Everything Listen to Testimonies of Those In Various Ministries Find A Mentor to Encourage Your Dream and Vision www.onetouchmin.org mailto:[email protected]

    12. Curing Quiet Quitting (Encouragement For Pastors Who Want to Give Up)

Michael McAfee discusses the "quiet quitting" or "slow quit" with some Christian leaders. They start off with a God-passionate, but then after a while the passion seems to wane or the process of pastoring becomes a burden.  Some walk away from God completely and some begin to lack in their prayer time and the study of God's Word. Some only go to church when they have too. Discouragement, fear, offense, exhaustion, depression can all be reasons. But truthfully, the enemy is at work to destroy all pastors and Christian leaders. Michael offers hope to the distressed pastor and ministry leader, by scriptural teaching on this episode. www.onetouchmin.org

    11. "It's Not Your Church" (part two) Finding Joy in Ministry

Believing in the rural and small church is a mission greatly defined and loved by host, Michael McAfee. This is part two of the series, continuing with the discussion of finding joy in ministry. Whether it is pastoring, building a business, working for a company, or even in our finances, God has not placed us in our positions to stay there. In other words, we do not have to stay small or stay in lack. Zechariah 4:10 (a,b) states, "For who hath despised the day of small things? For they shall rejoice." Michael shares honestly that we don't have to despise the days of small beginnings because we won't always (if we steward right) stay small. God is a God of increase and reward, even in the midst of pastoring small communities.  www.onetouchmin.org For comments and booking - www.mailto:[email protected]

    10. It's Not Your Church!

Statistics show that the connection and community experienced in smaller churches have a greater effect on the lives of believers. Mega churches serve a purpose, no doubt. But rural churches are doing more than just evangelize - they are taking care of their people. Michael McAfee's passion for the rural church is expressed on this episode. Some pastors can feel like failures, just by the amount of people (focusing on numbers) that are in their churches. He expresses how easy it is to fall prey to that inadequte attitude. Michael explicitly expresses - "This is NOT your church, it's NOT your ministry - it's God's".  We're all called to steward it.  God will bless it; He will prosper it and He will bless you. It's time to overcome inadequacy in the Kingdom.  www.onetouchmin.org

    9. Refreshing and Self-Care for Rural Pastors

Michael McAfee does prophetic dreaming sessions with pastors, Christian business owners, entrepreneurs, etc., which is basically helping them reignite the dream and the vision that God has given them. Helping them to strategize and understand what they can do and how to do what God has called them to do in their particular context, is what this episode addresses. Pastors do good all the time, ministering to people and their needs, but they can often forget that their number one job is not to minister to people and their needs but to spend time personally with The Father. The Book of Mark (3:13-15) tells us that when Jesus called the disciples, He ordained them to be with Him, and that He might send them forth to preach, to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out devils. If pastors are not careful, they become quick to preach and minister to people, but forget that they are primarily ordained to be with Him. Learning how to "abide in Christ." That is the calling. www.onetouchmin.org For transcription and notes of this episode, contact: [email protected]

    8. Seeker Sensitive or Seeker Friendly?

This episode features not only Michael McAfee, but also his wife, Jolene. What wisdom comes from this pair of anointed and dedicated followers of Christ! Their insight on how rural churches can both succeed and fail, gives such help to every pastor who has tried to do the dance between "seeker sensitive or seeker friendly." The discussion starts with proven ways to overcome the sensitivity of letting non-believers affect the local church, but rather to adhere and promote the gospel with a biblically sound culture. Jolene's influence and support of her husband's ministry to pastors is outstanding to hear, for all ministering couples of smaller congregations. May we ALL learn to be "friendly" and surely not just sensitive. This episode is full of love, compassion and hope, while at the same time, a true Holy Spirit-reprimand and counsel, for pastors who desire to do so much more. www.onetouchmin.org

    7. He Is Such A Snake (Identifying the Enemy's Tactics)

It's pretty obvious to believers today, that the spirit of the anti-Christ has a mission. That mission is to wear out the saints. This bold and on-target episode shares the reality of satan's scheme to disconnect believers from their heavenly Father. Host Michael McAfee gives deep and definitive scriptural insight on how to combat the devil's tactics, by never allowing him to "slither in." The enemy's goal is and has always been to get in between the relationship between you and God. Job said, "Though He slay me, yet I will trust Him." Never let anything (blessings or curses, prosperity or poverty, joy or sadness) come between you and your relationship with God.  www.onetouchmin.org

    6. How To Respond When A Pastor Falls

Michael McAfee addresses the complex ministry world of celebrity pastors vs. the local pastor, and in detail, describes five ways we can overcome the response to failure in leadership. Also addressed is how Christ-followers can respond theologically to tragedy when the pulpit has been mis-used or abused.  When a pastor or ministry has a moral failure, it affects everybody. Michael shows how we as Christians should react, specifically in our own calling. www.onetouchmin.org

    5. Relationship, Religion and Abiding In the Vine

Michael McAfee is on course with the reality that "finding the Father", while He is chasing after you, is what seeking the face of God is all about. From a biblical world-view, Michael reflects on the benefits of allowing God to work through every believer, to be transformed so that all will live the example of the great Transformer. Religion can be about the "don'ts", but in the justice system of Christ-centered living - it's more about the "doing" and the "being." Michael's passion and desire to see people come to the knowledge of Jesus is evident in this episode, challenging all pastors to fall at the feet of their heavenly Father, asking for restoration, revival and forgiveness. www.onetouchmin.org

    4. The Importance of the Local Church with Michael McAfee

Michael McAfee's purpose and calling is to see the smaller rural churches thrive in their outreach to their respective communities. His recent message, given at a church in Newport News, Virginia, gives light on exactly what the local church's role is when it comes to the value of God's strategic plan for ministry. Being like pilgrims just passing through this life or even like ambassadors to a foreign country, it is of utmost importance that Christians and the leadership of churches world-wide know who they are in Christ. Understanding their uniqueness, their gifts and their hunger for God, never lessens or diminishes as long as they are truly doing the work of the Holy Spirit. The local church (regardless of size) is part of God's plan to strengthen, teach and disciple every believer. This is clearly the message of Michael McAfee. www.onetouchmin.org

    3. The Purpose of Prophetic Dreaming with Michael McAfee

Discover how prophetic dreaming is a necessary component in ministry with Micheal McAfee. Prophetic dreams can provide guidance and direction for your life along with revelations about your spiritual purpose. Prophetic dreaming can help us heal from past traumas and move forward into a brighter and more fulfilled future, especially when it comes to pastoring. "Beware of mission creep," Michael so clearly explains in this episode. Prophetic dreaming can and will connect us with God's divine purpose for our life, to gain a deeper understanding of the biblical process it takes to stay true to our calling. www.onetouchmin.org

  18. 2

    2. Understanding Prophetic Dreaming

What is so important about prophetic dreaming? Does God give prophetic dreams today? Since God is the same God yesterday, today, and forever, we can believe that God can still empower people with prophetic dreams today (Hebrews 13:8). He may use dreams to direct people to salvation, and there are plenty of stories of people who had dreams where Jesus appeared to them sharing the path to salvation. Being open to the Holy Spirit and His call on your life is a way to be clear about your vision. But vision is only secondary to dreaming. Understanding your unique calling and restoring the vision and support of the local pastor is the passion of Michael McAfee. God will never contradict His Word and it's always wise to ask God for wisdom in the faith of understanding prophetic dreaming.  www.onetouchmin.org
