Episode 22: The Fumes You Release
Whatever goes in must come out. We need to upgrade what we consume so that we don't release toxic fumes to those around us.

Episode 21: Feeding Your Soul
Not only should we be putting healthy, living food into our bodies, but we also need to consider the external things we allow into our minds and be aware of the external things we let into our souls. The things we let in can affect our moods, thoughts, and energy.

Episode 20: Microbiome is the Key to Health
There is nothing more alive in food than the microbiome. The microbiome lines our guts to help our systems function properly. Yet, in our processed world (especially in the West), we have killed our microbiome for the "convenience" and "taste" of what we think is food. Restore the microbiome and start feeling and seeing the difference.

Episode 19: Eat Live Food
We need to start upping our food game, and to do that, we need to start eating living food. That is, food that is full of nutrients. Stop shoveling chemically coated food down the gullet, and start being picky about what goes into that oral cavity.

Episode 18: Fuel, What's it Good For?
When you think of fuel, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Probably gas, and for those not in the United States, petrol. However, we use fuel every day, and most of the time it is low-grade sludge. Today marks the start of the topic, so be sure to tune in throughout the week.

Episode 17: Only You Live Your Life
First, I apologize for the brief break. I did record a more extended episode today to get in all that needed to be said, but that does not excuse the break. Today, we overcome the fear or apprehension of sharing our goals, dreams, and reasons with others. We need to remember that others do not have to live our lives for us; that is our job. We need to take control and ensure we are going in the right direction.

Episode 16: White Hot Passion
There is nothing more satisfying than being the exception to the rule. When people say you can't do something, it's often because they don't want to do it, and it upsets them that you're trying. So, keep pursuing your goals, your WHY. Get it!

Episode 15: Unveil Yourself to Extraordinary
It's challenging to share your most personal thoughts, goals, and desires with anyone, no matter who they are to you. This week, we will explore why this is scary and how to overcome it.

Episode 14: The Tool Time Wrap Up
It's the weekend! Let's get this wrap-up done and enjoy some free time with family and friends. So, to close out our tool talk, we are looking at one of our best tools, people. That's right. Friends, family, and others will tell you what they see, that is, when they notice you are changing for the better. Not that you should be fishing for compliments, but get someone to notice the hard work you are putting in.

Episode 13: The Phone is the New Swiss Army Knife
The communication device in your pocket is the new tool for survival, unless you are in an actual survival situation with no service or WiFi. Anyway, your phone is a great tool to help keep you on track to reach your goals, whether that is in health, wellness, and fitness, or with your finances. Use that device instead of it using you.

Episode 12: Checking In With Your Threads
Let's keep adding to your tool belt. Today's episode is also gifted with two tools, like yesterday's. First, manage your finances and stay aware of your accounts. Second, how is your wardrobe doing? How are your clothes fitting? These two tools can help you stay on track.

Episode 11: Communication Weigh Ins
Today, there are two tools thrown our way, one for relationships and one for health, wellness, and fitness. In a relationship, the primary tool discussed in every (or almost every) book, podcast, psychology class, and counseling session is communication. It should come as no surprise that it would be the first tool discussed here, and that we need to take it seriously. The second tool is the bathroom scale. Do not be afraid of it because of the number you see. Use that information for your benefit.

Episode 10: Talking Tools, But Not People - 7/7/25, 2.38 PM
What quick and practical tools are available to help us gauge our progress in our health, wellness, and fitness journey? Listen in this week as we explore the tools we have, and are likely already using, to help us stay on track to reaching our goals. Today is the mirror—the dreaded reflection, but it does not need to be that way. It is a tool to help us stay focused on the goal because when the reflection begins to change for the better, you'll become more excited to accomplish it.

Episode 9: The End of SMART the Beginning of Application
Ensure your goals are relevant to your situation. It is not about setting goals because other people want you to do x, y, and z. If it has nothing to do with your WHY, it doesn't belong. Put a timetable on accomplishing your goal. By doing this, you maintain accountability. It's not the end of SMART, but the beginning of applying what we have learned. Let's start small and build on the accomplishments of each goal completed. There is no sense in trying to bite off more than you can chew (this usually results in choking, and we don't want that).

Episode 8: Tackling the Achievable to be Unbelievable
We all want to tackle everything at once. Whatever we think we need or want, our thought is to get it now. There is very little planning and no goal setting in the process. There is the thought that it takes too long to achieve a goal. But we need to throw those thoughts in the trash and begin to set goals we can accomplish in a day, week, month, or year(s). Just because you may not be able to get what you want (or even need) right now does not mean you should give up on it. Achievable goals bring us closer to where we want to be more quickly than trying to take on everything at once. We need to be consistent in our pursuit of Getting Over Average Living.

Episode 7 - Measurable Progress is Key to Accoplishments
Life is full of obstacles, distractions, and numerous other variables that can throw us off course. That is why writing down your goals is essiential for progress in any and every area of life. However, we need to ensure that our goals have measurable markers so we know how we are doing and how much further we need to go to achieve our goal(s). As you add to your specific goal, ensure that you include measurable actions.

Episode 6: Be Specific See Achievements
Creating SMART Goals is an acronym you may have heard before, but it's worth revisiting to understand what it stands for. However, setting a SMART goal is not something Coach came up with. When following the blueprint of SMART goals, they often turn into achievements. Start with a small goal and build up from there. The more you accomplish, the more you will do. Let's get it!

Episode 5: Getting Over Average Living
Happy Monday! New week, new challenge. Today, we are challenged to set a goal. The goal you set does not need to be big, but it does need to be something that you will do. Goals get us past the average life.

Episode 4- Wrap Up and Solidify The Why
The talk of the why has come to an end. However, that does not mean you should stop working on your why. Remember, your 'why' is not confined to just your health, wellness, and fitness, but encompasses every area of your life. Now it's the weekend, you may have a little more time to dive deep into your why, and you need to take that time for yourself.

Episode 3: Selfish Time
We need to start focusing on ourselves. Not in the "main character" (that's the new phrase, right?) fashion, or everything is about you. Instead, we need to be selfish with our time. We give away too much time already. We need to spend a little more time on ourselves. If you want to show up for friends, family, and whoever else, we need to work on us first.

Superficial Why Is Not Enough
Today, you get to meet Coach a little more as he talks about his why. There is a dark spot for a brief moment in the show, but Coach is being honest with you about his journey to figuring out his why. Wherever you're at in your health, wellness, and fitness, let today be the day that you push past the superficial why and get down to the nitty gritty. Please do it for yourself, and no one else.

Episode 1: Why? Because You Gotta!
A quick nugget to get you through the afternoon. Asking an important question to yourself, Why? It's the one-word question parents dislike from their kids, and it's the question we don't like to ask ourselves. But take a few minutes to ask yourself why today. When you start to cry, you have reached your Why.
