    In this first of our student-led summer series, graduating senior Erin Williams guides four of her classmates through a civil discussion on the merits of both AP classes and the IB program, helping them to recognize and respect the points of view of their peers and even giving a new perspective that they may not have considered before! The students then move on to discuss the idea of recognizing class ranks and honors distinctions to the high school.     In this episode, we are joined for two discussions. The first is with Reverand Chris Smith to discuss what it is like to be a parent navigating the world of school accessibility with and on behalf of their child. Then, we are joined by Shaker Heights Schools Cheif Operating Officer Jeff Grosse and Van Aulken Akins architect Chris Dewey to discuss how Shaker Heights Schools currently serve our students and staff and how we can create a more accessible learning environment through the Forward Together initiative.
