In this second of our student-led summer series, graduating senior Erin Williams guides one of her peers, Jaedon Sargeant, and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer Dr. Larry Burnley through a civil discussion on the use of the N-word, a sensitive topic for both participants. Listen in for an example of how two people with opposing views can discuss, disagree and listen to one another.
