Everybody Has One — July 2, 2026: Pistons FA, LeBron Leaves & Arnold ARRESTED
Detroit's offseason just got wild, and Jason Flake and Lance Reynolds are breaking it all down.On this episode of Everybody Has One, the guys go deep on the Pistons' free agency activity. The Jalen Duren contract situation is still developing, and with moves already made in free agency, Jason and Lance are asking the question every Detroit fan has: is this actually enough to compete. Then there's LeBron James. He's leaving the Lakers — and where he lands next has real implications. The guys get into the destinations, the possibilities, and how LeBron fits into each one.The NBA also went through a seismic overnight shift. Three major trades — Giannis Antetokounmpo to Miami, LaMelo Ball to Minnesota, and Ja Morant to Portland — reshuffled the entire league in one week. Jason and Lance break down the fallout from every angle. The guys also hit the NBA Draft, reacting to the Pistons' picks and the names nobody was talking about who quietly had the best nights of the week. Then there's Terrion Arnold. The now-former Detroit Lions cornerback is facing serious charges. Jason and Lance address it head-on, because Detroit fans deserve an unfiltered take on what comes next.Lance closes things out with the Sucka Sh*t of the Week.Everybody Has One is Detroit's unfiltered sports debate show, hosted by Jason Flake and Lance Reynolds. NBA Finals Game 4 Reaction, NCAA Latest, LeBron & Steph | Everybody Has One 6/10
Game 4 of the NBA Finals is live tonight and we are not waiting for the recap. We are giving real-time reactions as it happens and going back into Game 3 to break down exactly what shifted — because one team is either taking control of this series or about to get exposed on the biggest stage in basketball. From there we get into the NCAA and Congress hearings — the NIL situation is getting messier by the week and the Brendan Sorsby case is the latest sign that college sports has no real plan. Are these hearings actually going to produce solutions, or is the NCAA just buying time while Congress puts on a show? Then it's time to check in on the Pistons' offseason and we are not sugarcoating it. The organization and Jalen Duren seem to still be fall apart. What is the plan if talks break down?LeBron and Steph Curry sitting down together does not happen for no reason. We are not accepting the "just two legends catching up" story — this meeting means something and we are breaking down what it actually signals for LeBron's next move.We close out with the Lions. Another OTA injury has us question Dan Campbell's "bad injury luck" and should the team be preparing for another season with Kerby Joseph?

Wemby's Dynasty?, Chet's Demons & the NBA's Broken Lottery | Everybody Has One 6/3
The NBA Finals are set — Knicks vs. Spurs — and Jason and Lance have a question that's going to make everyone else think twice: Are we watching the start of a Wemby dynasty, or is this just another good team catching a favorable bracket? They break down the Western Conference Finals, where Chet Holmgren vanished against Victor Wembanyama, and debate whether it was the matchup, a mental block, or an Oklahoma City coaching staff that forgot how to run sets for their bigs. Jason's not letting the Thunder off the hook. Lance is pumping the brakes on the dynasty talk, and the conversation gets real about what it actually takes to build a Bill Russell-type run in a league where the salary cap and player movement make that nearly impossible. Then the show pivots to the NFL, where Myles Garrett just became a Los Angeles Ram — and Jason has a bone to pick with the entire league about how overvalued $40 million edge rushers have become. He makes the case that no team paying a pass rusher that kind of money has sniffed a Super Bowl recently, and Lance has to sit there and reckon with the receipts. They also break down AJ Brown landing in New England, what it means for Drake Maye, and whether the Patriots' receiver room just got better or just got complicated.Back in Detroit, the Lions are dealing with OTA injuries that could reshape the defensive backfield, and Jason's message is simple: they don't need to be elite — they need to be middle of the pack. The fellas run through the latest on Kerby Joseph, Brian Branch, and whether enough has been done to fix what broke last season. The NBA draft lottery gets its own segment because the league just changed the rules — no more back-to-back number one picks, no three straight top-five picks — and Jason is on one. If you take the randomness out of the lottery, is it even a lottery anymore? He says the NBA has some explaining to do, and Lance is right there with him. They close out with Jalen Duren's reported five-year, $220 million contract situation. Is it too much? Is it market rate? Jason breaks down why the structure probably makes it a four-year deal with a team option, bringing the real number closer to $44 million a year — and why that's actually reasonable for what Duren brings, even if he still needs to get more skilled. Lance wants to see him earn it first. This is Everybody Has One — no filter, no fluff, just two guys giving voice to what every sports fan is thinking.
