Recorded back in late May of 2020, and being published in late August of 2020, we have well surpassed Alli's 30th birthday. That will not, however, keep us from discussing what getting older in all of our different fandoms has felt like.  Being a nerd from an early age allows you to go through many fandom induces metamorphoses. It's hard to find the right words to say, but I felt that something needed to be said. #blacklivesmatter Please pay attention to the fight happening in your streets and cities, remember the people who died from useless violence that ignore human rights. When violence rises from the oppressors and the oppressed, look for the helpers, I forgot to say that in this impromptu episode. When people hurt from the agony of being hurt, there will always be helpers and people picking up the pieces and downtrodden. I pray for safety for all fighting. This week we fight bad cell service after a heinous storm. We realize we are so much more fortunate than many effected by this global crisis, and we hope you all are surviving any way you can. We just want to take a minute to sit down and connect, but most importantly, test out how this podcast thing works.
