After 5 years of everyone closest to me either passing away or becoming no longer in my life, I've found my own self to be all I've got as I navigate unthinkable levels of grief and confusion.I've been extremely fortunate to learn and adapt skills for dealing with grief, and I am more than happy to share it with you, in case you need it. Please allow yourself compassion if you are grieving, it is deeply human but also incredibly difficult.See you next week :) Fiona

Over the last 5 or 6 years, everything I ever knew crumbled away. Every person closest to me disappeared and I was plummeted back to square ZERO, with nothing but a period of deep darkness and depression to show for it... Until I realised profoundly how short life is, and that I had to take away something meaningful from the lengthened period of change, loss and grief. Join me as I break down the things of value I learned and pay attention to each major loss... From dealing with the several cancer diagnoses (Ewing's Sarcoma and Lymphoma) of the people I cared most about in this world, to moving internationally only to have to turn right back around due to the revelation of deceit and betrayal in my relationship... Life really threw it all at me until I finally chose myself in the end.
