This week, Chris True from the metalcore band Divided dives back into his roots as an emo/pop punk kid to talk about one of his favorite bands from high school; The Early November! We have hot takes, top 3's, best albums and we also recast Ghostbusters if it took place today!

Despite being on vacation, the show must go on! We celebrate the one year return of the podcast with bringing our first guest back to do an episode a band that has become a huge part of his rotation: Mayday Parade!

Emo April begins with Engle and Rob discussing one of the unsung heroes of the late 90's/early 2000's boom in the genre: The Get Up Kids!

In the life of any podcast, the show some times begins to get new ideas and grow into something different. While there are no intentions on leaving our First Last & Best mantra, the idea for Bands You Should Know took a sudden shift into something different.
