fff-ff-f-f-cccc-c-cold. cold place. colder than the glacier. We were finally about to learn what this magical globe of primordial-speaking and headache-inducing water does but NOPE! Gods had other plans. Literally, a deity forcibly summoned all of us to her realm. The Raven Queen and her Shadowfell. It should be called Icefell. Coldfell. Freezefell. If I'm cold then I can't imagine what the rest of these guys are going through. We met up with the Raven Queen's blind uhh... I don't... I don't know what this guy is, I don't even remember his name I just remembering it being like three syllables long. He fed us a huge meal though so that was good. Then we left on a 3 day trip to get to the Ravens Queen's palace or whatever. So far the impression I'm getting is that this deity is massively pretentious. We learn that the reason we're all here isn't because of Zale, but because of Shenzi. She wants to acquire Zale's, "contract". While we were camping, I dug a crappy snow-shelter that collapsed and tried to dig my way out in reverse. I think my tail tips froze. A lich and his entourage of skeletons approached us with a deal from it's demonic master. In an effort to weaken the Raven Queen, he just wants us to make sure the Raven Queen doesn't have Zale's contract. Around the same time, we learn from Shenzi that the obese lady noble whom is also Zale's lover Lady Kep of Lillies wants to acquire Zale's contract too and will probably use her influence to have us all executed or something if we don't do as she asks. Personally I think this lady Kep of Lillies is a demon or some other kind of malicious entity masquerading as a human. I think working for demonic forces is inherently dangerous, stupid, stupidly dangerous, and dangerously stupid, and I think this Raven Queen will probably find the contract too valuable to just give to Shenzi. Mother o' all my flippin nightmares, we're in the God's Damned Shadowfell. An' the Gods alone know 'ow we got 'ere. One momen' I'm enjoyin' a right ol' borin' play 'ouse production, an' the next I'm freezin' my stubby little tail off in the Raven Bitch's domain. Somefin', somefin', trials three an all that tripe. Fought off a couple o' elf pop-star wannabe type undead, met a right reasonable fella wiv my own withered face on 'im, an' made our way through a bleedin' maze o' ice an' cold. Last time Zale resisted arrest and got interrogated but our lawyer gave the interrogator too hard of a time to really do anything. The Raven Queen made an appearance in the court room because she was earth-shatteringly mad at Zale. Some morbidly obese noblewomen saved Zale from incarceration even though it didn't make a lick of sense. Also Greeves was there. I swear he's like a demigod with the amount of power at his disposal. He just calls himself a, 'humble merchant'. The Vampire and some Unknown Half-Orc was brought into the courtroom too. Righ', so, supposedly we're in this sort o' dungeon fing lookin' to take down some woggly litch name o' Copper or som'fin. I was kinda late, so I don't know how it happened, but everyone talked to this weird dude so I agreed to his plan. We ended up in some... Playground. People almost died. I had to sacrifice my coin friend, but got him back stronger so it's okay. Last time on Dragon Ball-err, Fists of Furry, three weeks have passed since the heroes fought against a giant hydra creature and cultist! Well only after fighting their way though hoards of cultists and the master cultist with a head of a squid that spat flaming ink, from what i heard of the rumors.... There was also talk of a romance between their mage and cultist, and they ended up having to kill their lover too.... or so i heard... But i digress, they returned hero's with a lot of pomp and i finally met them! They are an odd bunch to be adventuring with but as a soldier and cleric I've been with worst and odder. We got invited to a party too and i don't like to talk with the royals too often as they are boring, but they do love to hear war stories so its not too much of a hassle and I'm sure i can talk them into telling us of any jobs.... So... Well, We finally finished the mines last time! Killed a Medusa. I'm sorry, we didn't kill it... Bees killed it. Yes, bees. I know. I don't understand it either. Although she was also glued to a terrifying horse Zale really wanted and uh... We killed that too. Sorry Zale (Not really sorry.). Oh yeah we got a bunch of dwarves that were unnamed because I totally didn't forget their names. Well, last time we played already two weeks ago, we fought in the snow! On the side of a mountain. Near a very unstable bridge. Against YETIS! YAY. I think one got knocked down the mountain and the other was killed by dwarves who showed up! And we met their dying king too, who we had to deliver a message to. Somehow we all were kidnapped simultaneously and forced to fight in an underground gladiatorial arena. Our captors underestimated us. They expected us to die to their second-rate champions and their chimera, but they were outnumbered and outclassed. After the fight we were approached by one of the more decorated champions who needed help delivering a very important letter to his brother, who happens to be a Dwarven King. For payment, he paid for our freedom. So we take on the job of glorified couriers. Last time on Fists of Furry: We saw a HUGE Hydra so we ran for our lives, and our new elemental friend healed us. Isn't he the best? So we turned to fight Ted, Ned, Fred, Chad, and PAINT CHIPS. Well, 'ere's how it happened. Tha' seal chap, wassiz name, finaly pulled 'is big gob outa that doorway; an' those wha' were inside took some issue wiv that, and spawned some o' that animated water. I left all tha' crazy type stuff to the others, an' pinned down the human type blokes. No. For the record, I meant t' kill tha' one. If'n he'd pull 'is own thumbs out ta get away, he'd make a terrible prisoner. So anyway, we finish tha' bit, and check out tha' room below; but it's full o' crap nuffin, jus' some old bones 'n rusty blades. Down the nex' bit o' stairs though is a godsdamned mage though. Hate those types; an this one was all blurry an' hard to hit. Oh, an 'e hit like a cart 'imself. Well, hi again! I’m finally back from England and it’s my turn to recap. Yeah it was fun over there, I got to walk the dog, eat corna- Wait I’m suppose to be recapping last session. Okay well uh.... The very first thing that happened was we had to get through a portcullis. Some of us didn’t make it through after we lost the element of surprise. Then we came face to face with some of those reavers and fathomers! The very first role I did was a crit, poor guy got smacked hard with the 10-foot pole. I guess the others did some impre- No I’m kidding, they did impressive too. We finally got through them though and literally had a shit time getting through what was probably a sewage pipe, pretty sure people threw up. Oh and then Tayto found a water elemental. Last week I woke up next to an old minotaur in her house, am being haunted or cursed with visions of a ghost baker who speaks gibberish and tries to annoy me, talked to a couple of assholes about a an artifact in some place called, "the drowned tower", and investigated the death of some loud-ass who kept preaching the word of some crashing wave religion, which the devout shitheels of some other Sea religion didn't like and most likely shanked him while drunk. So now we're getting offered a lot of money to get whatever magical artifact is in the drowned tower from both the Church of some Sea God and these rich Mages who are all probably corrupt little shits. Kiero wouldn't wake up!! Our poor kangaroo. But they said he didn't need to be resurrected because he's not that kind of asleep, so we went to the docks instead. Someone from the same brotherhood thing as me said we were his allies before we even knew who he was! These stupid pirates tried to kill my friends, so we killed them instead. No resurrection for them! Meanies! But Tayto.... Tayto tried to do this thing they call "seducing" to one of the grunts because he found some handcuffs. I guess the grunt didn't like it, because he smashed himself in the face, rendering himself unconscious. After finding and defeating the cultists that serve Imix and subsequently attending the "Friendship Wedding" of Shenzi and Nim'Ohtar, message is brought to the party that their presence is requested in nearby Mulmaster where Ravia had originally washed ashore. The mark upon the message is that of the local constabulary! Word of the party's success in taking down the cultists hidden away in the Zhent Ghetto has reached the main city seemingly overnight. Zora Culkin encourages the party to head forthwith into Mulmaster Proper to attend the call. Season 2 of Fists of Furry begins with the party travelling the streets of Mulmaster! Well as for last time on the Fists of Furry! Me and Zale scouted out the temple we discovered the cultists were using. An altar that Zale managed to find led to a secret passage. At that point we went to rejoin the others who were eating from questionable stew! (Nim: The stew was fine, the meat was questionable!) After Tayto finished dying from laughter again we went back to the passage to discover a rune that someone touched... And then Mephits!
